Alles rundum perfekt. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausstattung ist Wahnsinn, Sauberkeit toll.Man sollte nur wissen, dass sie nicht, wie es zu sein scheint, direkt am Meer liegt, sondern 10-15min den Ort hoch. Wir allerdings fanden die Lage super und die Terasse/der Garten sind wundervoll. Zu 3. war es super und auch zu 4. wär es gut möglich.Absolut empfehlenswert!Wäre die verwirrende Lage bei Buchung nicht, wäre es definitiv 10/10 wert.

Un appartement moderne proche de la plage et du village de Luz qui sont des endroits très sympas et a échelle humaine.Lagos a proximité est egalement un avantage pour les activités.Les chambres sont confortables, les équipements de qualité et nombreux, la cuisine est bien équipée.La grande terrasse extérieure permet de manger et de passer de bons moments protégés par un store depliable. La residence est bien tenue et joliement fleurie.L'ambiance est plutôt calme (peu d'appartements occupés pendant notre séjour) mais les mouettes s'en donnaient a cœur joie !

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und hatte einen echt schönen Garten, ruhig. Die Wohnung ist aber sicher renovierungsbedürftig, insbesondere die Küche. Der Kühlschrank war undicht, hat das Wasser ständif gelaufen, der Gasherd funktionierte nicht. Insbesondere das Bett hätte eine bessere Matratze benötigt. Für den Preis habe viel mehr etwartet. Sehr gute Lage, Erreichbarkeit, 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war umständlich. Die Kommunikation erfolgte immer nur auf meine Initiative hin und nur unmittelbar vor dem Check-in. Wohnungsadresse wurde auf Vrbo falsch eingegeben. Ich empfehle die Wohnzng, aber man sollte bewust sein.

Quando chegámos não havia casa e depois disseram-nos que era numa outra morada longe do localização que escolhemos e nem houve um pedido de desculpa. Só nos deram a chave 4 horas depois da hora combinada e quando nos queixámos fomos ameaçados de não nos darem a chave. Fomos muitíssimo mal recebidos.

Zeer compleet, helaas geen BBQ die wel in de advertentie stond. Bij navraag bleek dat de eigenaar geen BBQ meer toestaat, dat had ik graag eerder geweten.

Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung besticht durch eine sehr gemütliche und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Von Bügeleisen, über Waschmaschine, Kühltasche, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser und Töpfe sowie Musikanlage und Fernseher fehlt es an nichts. Der Garten/Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und bietet Möglichkeiten zum gemütlichen Sitzen, Sonnen und Essen. Check-in über einen Schlüssel-Safe problemlos zu jeder Zeit möglich. Die Vermieter haben uns per WhatsApp Tipps zu den besten Stränden und Restaurants der Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles top - bis auf die steinharten Betten

Die Wohnung ist wirklich gemütlich und schön. Die Küche ist bis auf Gewürze sehr gut ausgestattet, jemand hat bei der Einrichtung mitgedacht, der Service ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Nur was nützt einem die schönste Unterkunft, wenn die Betten schlecht sind? Leider sind keine richtigen Betten vorhanden, die Matratzen liegen auf einer Art besserer Pritsche mit Metallfüßen. Alle Matratzen sind steinhart. Das sagt auch mein Partner, der normal auf harten Betten schläft. Wir hatten durchgehend Rückenschmerzen und konnten teilweise nicht schlafen. Wer keine Probleme mit maximal harten Matratzen hat, dem kann ich die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Allen anderen leider nicht. Sehr schade, weil sonst alles stimmt.

Me siento totalmente estafado

En la descripción del apartamento indica textualmente "Puede utilizar la piscina de Ocean Club de mayo a octubre". Este Ocean Club cerró en Noviembre del 2021 y no ha vuelto a abrir. Vrbo y la Agencia que representa al propietario tenían ser conscientes de este hecho y cambiar el anuncio y avisarme de que no tendríamos piscina. No lo hicieron y permitieron mi primer pago y mi segundo pago y que llegáramos el sábado 13 y nos encontráramos la piscina cerrada. Reclame a la Srta Rita desde el primer momento y el viernes 19 nos ofrecieron como alternativa la piscina de un hotel a 500 metros del apartamento. Solo la utilizamos 1 vez ya que no es lo mismo que tener la piscina prácticamente al lado del jardín del apartamento. Después de exigir una compensación tanto Vrbo como la Agencia nos la han denegado. Vrbo por tanto no se hace responsable de lo que aparece en "su" anuncio y el propietario cobra el 100% de lo estipulado y se lava las manos ante una cosa tan grave como la falta de la piscina. Me he sentido estafado, tengo la razón y no me hacen caso. Presentaré denuncia al "Centro de Arbitragem do Consumo do Algarve" y espero que finalmente reciba la compensación que creo que me corresponde por derecho. El apartamento está bastante lejos de la playa y hay que pegarse una buena caminata. Confirmo que el agua corriente salió con un color marrón en varias ocasiones. Evidentemente no lo volvería a elegir y después de varios años alquilando con Vrbo, no lo volveré a hacer nunca más.

Wirklich schönes Refugium

Wir habe mit drei erwachsenen Personen eine wirklich schöne Woche in Praia da Luz verbracht. Das Apartment ist wirklich schön gelegen… wem Ruhe fehlt, sollte das Objekt definitiv buchen… zum Strand sind es fußläufig 10 bis vielleicht 15 Minuten (zurück aber etwas die Steigung auf 😎). Das Apartment hat einen wirklich schönen „zweistöckigen“ Außenbereich und sogar einen kleinen Dreibeinigen-Grill 👍 Die Wohnung ist schön und hell.. die Küche könnte ne kleine Renovierung gebrauchen… Kühlschrank. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind aber recht neu und top 👌 Ich kann die Algarve und die Wohnung nur empfehlen… kauft euch die notwendigen Verbrauchsgüter (Gewürze, Baduntensilien, etc.) und man wird - insbesondere zu dem avisierten Preis - nicht enttäuscht werden 🖖

Boa experiência em apartamento acolhedor mas com alguns apontamentos a melhorar.

O apartamento é acolhedor, bonito e está bem equipado. O espaço exterior é agradável. Teria facilmente uma nota 4. A experiência poderia ter sido melhor caso tivéssemos sido informados com exatidão e na antecedência devida sobre a ausência da piscina, da qual apenas fomos informados a 3 dias do check-in. Essa informação não constava no site da VRBO.PT quando efetuámos a reserva, meses antes. Foi-nos cedido um acesso a uma piscina de hotel a cerca de 500m de distância. - a água com resíduos do que aparenta ser ferrugem. - achámos que a cama de casal poderia ser ligeiramente mais larga.

Fake pool and TERRIBLE customer service

WATCH OUT! This listing does NOT give you access to a pool as described in the VRBO.pt. Anyway the pool has been empty since Nov 2021. Seems like the condo is bankrupt. Rita, the service manager, is has no clue about customer service. She's rude to the point that told us not to check-in only because we found the fee for being late to check-in (????) did not make sense.. and we were on time. Rita also didn't return the calls regarding the pool being empty. Rita also advised the water was drinkable - DON'T DRINK tap water here. The water is yellow!! My kids of 2.5 and 5yo drank it and luckily nothing severe happen other than diarrhoea. Rita then requested their lawyer to call me - Alexandra did call and while I was expecting her to help to clarify, she just attacked and laughed of my request. The director of the company in charge of the listing while friendly and polite, was useless to find a solution - eg partial reimbursement for not offering what was on the listing. Worth saying that he never called me. I found his mobile number and called after Rita and Alexandra were useless to solution the issue. STAY AWAY from this listing - there is better ones nearby.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Terrassenlandschaft

Sehr gerne haben wir zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und besonders die ruhige und toll gestaltete Terrasse zum Essen und Verweilen genutzt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt, jede Anfrage von uns wurde schnell und sehr freundlich gelöst. Vielen Dank!

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, wir haben extra noch ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl bekommen. Das war super. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und schön bepflanzt , man kann wunderbar draußen sitzen und manchmal auch die Brandung hören . Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Une expérience formidable !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Luz dans cet appartement de qualité. Le cadre est excellent, et le jardin magnifique. Rita, qui s'est occupé de nous lorsque nous avions des soucis, est adorable. Je recommande à 100%, c'est l'une des meilleures locations que j'ai jamais faites.

Gute Lage und schönes Anwesen

Der Wohnung war sauber, und zum Check In gab's Rose und Spezialitäten der Algarve. Nur die Badewanne in dem einen Bad wird scheinbar selten benutzt, da nur braunes Wasser kam. Es war aber noch eine Dusche vorhanden, sodass das kein Problem war. Bett könnte etwas breiter sein. Sonst super Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht in sicherer und ruhiger Gegend, 15 min zu Strand und Restaurants.

Apartamento totalmente recomendable. Muy acogedor y con todo tipo de detalle para hacer la estancia perfecta. La terraza una maravilla y el acceso a la piscina también perfecto. Muchas gracias por el detalle de la llegada y la bienvenida de Rita. Muy amable y atenta en todo momento a nuestras necesidades. Todo ha estado genial y repetiriamos sin duda!
