Comfortable cottage with amenities close to everything. We were able to walk to restaurants, our boat tour and pick up groceries. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the outdoor shower was great! We kayaked, rode bikes and enjoyed the beach while having all the comforts of home.

Excellent communication from the host from the time of booking until end of trip! As this was our first trip to Chincoteague Island…the excellent communication was so very helpful, along with folder of information at the cottage. As we pulled up to this beautiful and charming cottage, entered into a clean and everything we needed besides our clothing and personal items, is provided…it’s clear that the host wants every guest to truly enjoy their time on CI! So grateful to be able to have a beautiful cottage to rent and enjoy for our getaways…we will be back! Thank you for providing a clean, safe place for us and others to make memories

Great beach house

This was our second stay and it was just as nice as the first. The house has everything we want in a beach rental, great location, cozy interior and the sun porch on the front and back are so relaxing! We will definitely stay here again!
