About this property
Pozzo Antico
Pozzo Antico is located in Capena, a town 29 km from Rome, nestled among green hills and small villages.
The villa is spread over two levels and features five bedrooms, a large outdoor swimming pool, a spacious garden, and private parking.
The property covers 5 hectares, part of which is a natural forest of oak and holm oak trees. The cultivated garden measures 3,000 square meters and is maintained as an English lawn. It includes tall trees, fruit trees, palm trees, and aromatic plants.
In the garden, guests will also find a gazebo with a table and chairs, and near the kitchen, there is a built-in masonry barbecue and a wood-fired oven.
A large portico runs along two sides of the villa, offering a furnished relaxation area with tables, chairs, and sofas.
Pozzo Antico can accommodate up to ten guests, who can enjoy well-deserved relaxation in the large garden, by the pool, or in the shade of the spacious portico overlooking the countryside.
The property is also ideal for those wishing to visit the main cultural cities of central Italy, especially Rome, which is easily reachable by public transport.
Interiors:
The villa is laid out on two levels and features five bedrooms.
The main entrance is located under the portico and leads directly to the first floor, divided into four areas: a large relaxation area with sofas and a fireplace, a TV area, and a dining room.
From the dining room, you can access the kitchen and a bright veranda built around an ancient well, with a table often used for breakfast.
On the living area side, there are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
A corridor adjacent to the bedrooms leads to a twin room with a bathroom (shower) and access to the garden.
A terracotta staircase in front of the relaxation area sofas leads to the upper floor, which features two double bedrooms (one with a 140 cm-wide bed), a bathroom with a bathtub, a work area, and a panoramic terrace furnished with sun loungers and tables.
All rooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.

It has the shape of two connected rectangles with a total area of 90 square meters.
