Typical rustic apartment, recently renovated, on the ground floor, two bedrooms, a bathroom, for four people. It is possible to add a bed on request. The entrance leads to a very large living room which is divided into an equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large wooden table and six chairs, and a sitting area with sofa, armchairs and TV32 '. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms which can accommodate both two double beds and four single beds. Between the two bedrooms a brand new bathroom with a relaxing hydromassage shower. All windows have mosquito nets.
The apartment is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, wi-fi. The washing machine is available in a shared external environment.

Idyllisches Fleckchen Erde zum Erholen und Genießen

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit 3 Kindern in vollen Zügen genossen! Der Pool hatte natürlich genug Spaßpotential, um viele Stunden am Ferienhaus zu verbringen. Wir hatten ihn größtenteils für uns alleine - Luxus! Das Feriendomizil besteht aus lediglich 3 Appartements und bietet damit jede Menge Ruhe und Zeit zum ENTSPANNEN, SEELEBAUMELNLASSEN und INDENTAGHINEINLEBEN. Wenn man es denn mag! Denn die Umgebung bietet so viel Sehenswertes, dass wirklich jeder auf seine Kosten kommt: Strand, Stadt, Kultur, Wandern, Fahrradfahren und Co. - alles ist möglich! Ob Siena, Florenz, Strand von Maremma- alles ist mit dem Auto zu erreichen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall zurück!

Perfect setting and location!

Everywhere you looked from the rental, was an incredible view. The listing was accurate and the rental was well maintained and clean. It was great to hang out around the pool and to take a dip. We loved how close the rental was to the main town - just a lovely, short walk of 15 minites or so. Short walk to the grocery store as well. We loved wandering the many streets of Siena and especially loved the views from the Torre del Mangia in the Piazza del Campo. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Thanks a lot for your review; it's a pleasure to hear that you enjoy also the town of Pari, where there is a very good restaurant too! You can reach Siena in a very short time and maybe shorter in the near future, as a new road is going to be finished soon. In Siena there are a lot of treasures to be discovered, and the view from Torre del Mangia is really breathtaking! Also you can reach the sea in a short time during the summer. A wonderful place to stay

Great place to stay, very quiet and relaxing. Description is accurate, very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect as close to all places you want to visit in beautiful Tuscany. Nice little restaurant in Pari, very close. We will definately come back. Thank you for evrything !

Home from home

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for one week as it is close to relatives who live in Civitella Marittima. We found it to be very spacious, clean and well equipped. Usually lack of space is something you have to put up with on holiday, but that certainly wasn't a problem here! The manager of the property, Martin, was extremely helpful and on hand with information and advice whenever needed. The pool was very well maintained and we enjoyed using it every day of our stay. We didn't get around to exploring the hot springs unfortunately - maybe next time. We did use the barbecue area - also well equipped - but unfortunately we had to retreat back to the house as there were too many wasps around at the time. In summary, we very much enjoyed our stay and we are highly likely to return in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending this rental to others.

All the apartments in the "Agriturismo Le Caldanelle" are very spacious: this is an important characteristic when one is on vacation and allow to be relaxed and enjoy more. Also the outdoor spaces are wide and spacious: around the swimmingpool to rest and sunbathe, and around the BBQ; here there are three large stone tables with chairs where hosts can seat and eat with an excellent view toward the sunset.
