The rental has an unobstructed view of the 2 orientations and sunshine all day.
The departure and return from the slopes are done on skis from the end of November to the beginning of May, without walking.
The apartment is equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave / grill and flat screen TV. The WC is separate from the bathroom (classification 3 pillows by the city of Tignes).
The living room is equipped with a quality BZ sofa with 140 slatted base and new bedding with a French window and a window. The cabin includes 2 bunk beds 90 and is equipped with a skylight allowing natural lighting and ventilation.
The rental is ideally located near shops, restaurants, slopes and ski schools while being located in a quiet area of Val Claret.
Everything is accessible on foot and the car is useless.
A free bus service operates day and night to reach the other sites in Tignes.
The departure and return to the Val d'IsĂšre area are very fast thanks to the ultra modern facilities (high speed detachable chairlifts and very wide slopes) with a snow guarantee from December to the end of April on skis.

On a aimĂ© l'emplacement et le studio en lui mĂȘme, bien que petit mais agrĂ©able, avec un certain charme ainsi que la disponibilitĂ© et la gentillesse du propriĂ©taire. On a moins aimĂ© : devoir crapahuter chargĂ© pour obtenir et rendre les clĂ©s, la propretĂ© approximative Ă  l'entrĂ©e, le manque d'informations Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du logement et l'impression de ne pas y ĂȘtre attendu. ( pas 1 plan des pistes, j'ai dĂ» chercher 10mns pour trouver les couverts en vrac dans un tiroir dissimulĂ© dans la table pliĂ©e, chauffage non ouvert, tableau Ă©lectrique off, prises dĂ©branchĂ©es y compris TV, Ă©clairage dĂ©fectueux dans la cuisine...) mais SURTOUT PAS DE LINGE ...certes c'est stipulĂ© dans la fiche descriptive que je n'ai pas lue en totalitĂ© mais c'est tellement surprenant et peu pratique...nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s plusieurs Ă  rĂąler contre cette incongruitĂ© chez le loueur de linge ...

BEST LOCATION MONEY CAN BUY

You're a 50m flat walk to the TUFS chair or a 200m ski to the FUNICULAIRE, the LES LACHNES chair or the TICHOT chair. At the end of the day, you can ski to within 20m of the apartment. Supermarkets, boulangerie, ski rental, restaurants and everything else you could want are all within a 3-4 minutes walk. The best location in the WHOLE of Tignes. As for the apartment itself - it was cosy, to say the least, for three adults but had all that keen skiers would want in a week.

Nice cozy flat just perfect for us

A very cozy little flat for my son and me, and could fit 3 people too as there is a double sofa bed in lounge. The location is perfect - right next to slope and next door to Club Med. It has powerful shower over bath, good stoves and dish washer is always a plus. Just a small suggestion that it would be perfect for overseas visitors to have WiFI. Frederic, the property manager, is very pleasant to deal with and informative. Our 2-week skiing trip was cut short by the outbreak of Coronavirus when the whole ski resort was shut down. Frederic is so kind to agree to refund the un-used nights. I will definitely come back to stay in future.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© pour le ski,trĂšs ensoleillĂ© le matin. Vue agrĂ©able Literie de bonne qualitĂ©. Taille adaptĂ©e pour 2 ou 3 mais restreint pour 4. L'Ă©tat global est correct mĂȘme si quelques petites rĂ©parations seraient Ă  prĂ©voir ( mur fissurĂ© sur une cloison, fixation douche et support wc) Vaisselle en bonne Ă©tat. Un plat en pirex serait Ă  ajouter Il conviendrait de prĂ©voir une hotte au dessus du plan de cuisson car pas d'aspiration quand on cuisine. Calme et bien place pour les commerces Le seul point nĂ©gatif est l'absence de Wifi et le secteur n'est pas couvert par le wifi de la station. C'est un manque important actuellement pour les accĂšs internet.

L’immeuble est trĂšs bien situĂ©, au pied des pistes. RĂ©sidence calme. L’appartement est petit et il n’est plus possible de circuler dans le sĂ©jour une fois que le Bz est ouvert. Cependant le logement est trĂšs fonctionnel et dispose de nombreux rangements. Le lave-vaisselle, la baignoire et la machine Ă  cafĂ© sont un plus bien apprĂ©ciable !! Dommage que les draps ne puissent ĂȘtre fournis qu’en option ! De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement sans hĂ©siter.

Sehr klein, aber zentral gelegen

ich weiß nicht so recht, wie der Anbieter auf 21 qm WohnflĂ€che kommt (evtl. einschl. des Balkons). FĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und evtl. einem Kleinkind ist die Wohnung sehr klein. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene. Wenn das im Bild gezeigte Sofa zum Schlafen ausgezogen wird, gibt es keinen Platz mehr in der Wohnung. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Sicht aus den Fenstern ist sehr schön. Der Balkon ist relativ groß, leider fehlten aber Sitzgelegenheit sowie ein kleiner Tisch. Die Wohnung haben wir als relativ sauber empfunden. Der Preis fĂŒr die Endreinigung wurde uns bei Ankunft mitgeteilt. Mit 50 € fĂŒr die sehr kleine Wohnung aus unserer Sicht zuviel. Der Empfang durch die Wohnungs-Verantwortliche bzgl. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war sehr freundlich und angenehm. StörgerĂ€usche anderer Mietbewohner waren nicht wahrnehmbar. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Appartement petit pour 4 personnes (heureusement nous n'étions que 2). Salle de bains et toilettes minuscules (a déconseiller pour personnes fortes) Lorsque le canapé est déplié pour le couchage principal, il reste 20 cm entre le couchage et le réfrigérateur. A part la qualité médiocre du matelas, l'équipement est convenable et l'appartement en bon état.

Alles sauber und gepflegt, das hatte ich in Le Val Claret noch nicht erlebt. Sehr klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Super Balkon mit Sonne den ganzen Tag. Die Kommunikation war von vorne bis hinten perfekt.

Ici, la notion de skis aux pieds prend tout son sens. Ce petit appartement est bien agencé et parfaitement bien placé. A deux pas des magasins tout en étant trÚs calme. Vue sur les pistes et départ et retour skis aux pieds. Parfait pour nous qui sommes un couple sans enfant. TrÚs bon échanges avec le loueur et son contact locale. Les deux agréables et sérieux. Si nous revenons à Tignes l'hiver, nous reviendrons dans cet appartement.

Small but functional. Ideal location, pretty much ski out 3min walk to Val Claret Centre or Bus Stop

As the title, small but functional and well priced, we were threre to ski and eat out so staying in wasn't on our priority list. Polite welcome from a representative handing us the keys. Clean and tidy. Take you own sheets, or hire them. No pool as advertised.

Logement trÚs fonctionnel et idéalement situé aux pieds des pistes et des commerces. Grùce à l'ensoleillement, nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'allumer le radiateur, ce qui était trÚs appréciable. Avec 2 grands ados, je pensais que le logement serait un peu petit pour 4 personnes mais pas du tout. Les placards et rangements sont nombreux. A renouveler sans hésitation.

Heureux d'avoir trouvé un bon enneigement alors que la neige faisait cruellement défaut dans la plupart des stations! La qualité de la neige était extraordinaire. Que du plaisir! Appartement agréable et trÚs fonctionnel avec de belles vues, situé à proximité de tous les services. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. A renouveler absolument cette période de janvier sans affluence et économique !

Idéal pour une semaine de ski a trois dans l'espace Killy

Appartement propre,bien équipé,fonctionnel,bien optimisé et proches commerces tout en étant au calme.Retour skieurs OK au pied de l'immeuble.Proche des remontées mécaniques qui mÚnent a la Grande Motte et Val d'isÚre.Contact sur place trés accueillante et sa station serviable.Réduction possible sur la location de matériel.Proche parking extérieur par ascenseur dans la station.A conseiller sans problÚme.
