Villa Belinda is a beautiful semi-detached villa for rent in Menorca with private pool that offers total privacy. It consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, open plan kitchen and a spacious garden area with sea views, in which in addition to the large pool has a covered terrace to enjoy unforgettable evenings. Villa Belinda also has WiFi, central air conditioning in all rooms, living and dining room and safe .



The three double rooms are spacious and consist of two single beds and a wardrobe. There are two rooms that share the same family bathroom and the other double room enjoys another family bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with central air conditioning. Both bathrooms have a large bathtub and a hair dryer.



The kitchen is fully equipped and has refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. It also has an American bar, very practical for breakfast. The dining area is composed of a large table with chairs with all diners and it is also equipped with air conditioning. The property has a room with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing post.



The living room consists of a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, TV with international channels and DVD. It has direct access to the pool area and to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner on those warm and quiet summer nights. In addition, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with central air conditioning.



The outdoor area of this villa rental in Menorca has hammocks for all guests, garden furniture, a wonderful hanging hammock to enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the sea and also has a barbecue.



All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

The Area



The resort of Santo Tomás is family friendly, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area has a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bar, water and leisure activities such as vehicle rental, kayaking, horseback riding, cycling etc. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal to walk along the Camí de Cavalls and discover the beautiful and unspoilt beach called Binigaus (15 min walk) or Cala Escorxada (30 min walk).



Santo Tomas is beautiful beach that stands out for its fine white sand, crystal clear waters. It has all the necessary services such as Baywatch, sunbeds, boat rentals, restaurants and more.



A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop, which offers a good service during the summer and reaches all Menorca's villages. So to hire a car is not essential, but we always recommend that on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and especially if you want to access to different places and overall to unspoiled beaches.
