The apartment, which is only five minutes from the Urio pier where you can take the boats for the navigation of Lake Como, completely renovated, has three large bedrooms on the groun floor each with its own bathroom and front view of the lake, elegantly furnished with beautiful antique furniture.
In each bedrooms there are cable and satellite TV, mini bar and a fan. The sleeping area of the apartment is extremely versatile and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
A large room used as laundry and ironing room is located on the ground floor is equipped with a large sink, washing machine eight kilograms, Drying, ironing board and iron, and more. See the photos.

The kitchen is well equipped recently with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, various pots, dishes, glasses and cutlery, offering guests all the necessary equipment for a self-catering: among them the coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven, hob and a large work surface that is ideal for the preparation both for simple breakfasts and for important dinner parties, which can be served either at home, in the two dining rooms, and outdoors on the beautiful terrace.

In the romantic village of Laglio, which is a few minutes drive and has a grocery store and restaurants, there is the famous residence of George Clooney. The cosmopolitan city of Como, which offers a wide selection of designer boutiques and elegant shopping streets as well as attractions like the Cathedral and Villa Olmo, is accessible, along picturesque roads along the lake, just 15 minutes! The splendid Menaggio, a city of the Golden Triangle, is located, as Carate Urio, along the west coast of the lake and offers a frequent service of ferries passengers and cars to Varenna and Bellagio.
