Distributed in two plants of about 60m each; in the first, living room, kitchen, toilet, bedroom. In the second, two double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom with Jacuzzi ensuite and terrace.

The residential is ideal for all seasons of the year depending on what you are looking for. It has communal gardens, an Olympic swimming pool, a children's pool, tennis courts, a restaurant, a winter indoor pool, security and a lifeguard in swimming pools.

Great value for money
We stayed in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks over December and January. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. We roasted chicken and cooked bread in the kitchen. The apartment is located close to the beach in a pleasant development which has a nice heated swimming pool. Maria was very friendly and welcoming. We mentioned to her that one of the rooms was a little cool (it was December) and she arrived with a heater the same day). We would be happy to come again.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Wir sind zu viert mit Kind verreist. Maria und Ana bieten hier eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattete Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und Balkon in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Wohnanlage - den Strand quasi vor der Haustür, Geschäfte, Promenade etc. sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie wirkt auf den Fotos etwas größer, aber für vier Personen trotzdem sehr gut geeignet. Trotz unserer Verspätung bei der Anreise lief der Check In problemlos. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. Sie versorgten uns mit hilfreichen Informationen und reagierten auf Fragen zügig. In Summe klare Empfehlung, wir hatten hier eine gute Zeit. Danke dafür!
