Calvi is the largest seaside resort in Balagne.
The 56 m² apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator) of the brand new standing residence Punta Rossa in Calvi (Haute Corse), 150m from the beach and only 10 minutes on foot from the town center where all the shops are located. and restaurants.
The car is absolutely not necessary, given the amenities close to the residence.
Calvi Sainte Catherine Airport (CLY) is only 10 minutes away by car (direct Air France and CCM Airlines flights from Paris, Marseille and Nice.
Arrival possible by boat (Corsica Ferries or SNCM)

        - numerous cupboards and storage spaces.
- public parking in front of the residence, but a car is not essential given the amenities adjoining the residence. 2 large surfaces are located near the apartment - Super U (150m) and Casino (600m).

Très bon séjour dans un appartement proche de tout et équipé de la Clim ce qui a été bienvenue du fait de la canicule.Le logement étant inoccupé avant notre arrivée nous avons pu avoir les clefs tôt et se fut très appréciable de poser nos affaires juste après notre vol. Merci à Laurence pour son accueil et au propriétaire qui a gentiment répondu à mon message.À refaire !

Parfait emplacement

Appartement spacieux et idéalement localisé. Accès à la plage à 2 min à pied et au centre ville à moins de 10 min. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Calvi. A louer sans hésiter!

Delizioso appartamento vicino al mare

L'appartamento è spazioso con ampia terrazza. Pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Ha il vantaggio di essere vicino alla spiaggia di Calvi, ideale per i bimbi e a 10 min a piedi dal centro. Nei paraggi anche farmacia, ortofrutta, ristorantini e un supermercato molto grande. L-host si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile: una persona onesta. Raccomando sicuramente il soggiorno presso la sua struttura.

Séjour EXCEPTIONNEL dans cet appartement MAGNIFIQUE pieds dans l'eau

Nous avions décidé de visiter la Corse et plus exactement la région de Calvi qui nous était inconnue. Notre choix s'est porté sur cet appartement très bien situé, face à la plage (grande loggia avec vue sur mer) et de nombreux commerces de proximité et d'un Super U. Nous avons pu profiter de la beauté des lieux, de la plage, de la pinède et autres trésors que réservent cette belle ville tout en étant à pied. L'appartement en lui même est parfait pour un tel séjour !! Très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, on pourrait y passer toute l'année ! La climatisation est un véritable "plus" pour l'appartement. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et pour nous avoir conseillé grand nombre de balades et de découvertes dans la région, au travers d'un guide qu'ils ont eux même rédigé et qui regorge de sites et de randonnées pédestres non répertoriées dans les guides touristiques. Nous recommandons très vivement cet appartement pour lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

l'appartement est bien situé par rapport à la plage et le port mais beaucoup de bruits exterieurs dans la nuit . Pas de clim , c'est un souci ! Accueil à revoir ....

Soucieux de la satisfaction de nos hôtes, nous avons bien noté votre commentaire concernant l'accueil qui vous avait été réservé par notre prestataire sur place. Soyez assurés que nous allons prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour qu'une telle mauvaise impression ne se renouvelle pas. S'agissant des problèmes ponctuels de bruit, nous tenons à vous informer que l'appartement est désormais entièrement climatisé et qu'ainsi, pouvant dormir les fenêtres fermées, vous ne serez plus gênés par ce genre de problème. A noter tout de même qu'en période estivale, l'animation extérieure est la contre partie de la position centrale de l'appartement, proche de la plage et de toutes commodités.

Great apartments

The apartment is great. Very good location 100 m from supermarket. Very close to the historical center of Calvi with dozens of good restaurants near. Very good beach 100 m from apartment. We had everything in our apartment. Laundry machine, dish-washing, etc. Very big balcony. Unfortunately due to winds blowing from the sea we had a lot of sand on the balcony. We recommend everybody this good apartment for staying in Calvi.

l'appartement est très bien décoré, bien aménagé. La terrasse est grande semi couverte qui permet de pouvoir manger par tous les temps. Immeuble bien situé près des commerces et de la plage et non loin de la citadelle.

Fantastic location and apartment!

My husband and I stayed here for a week during our honeymoon and had a fantastic stay. The apartment is clean, new and in an excellent location that allows easy access to restaurants, the beach, the old town and train. Christian was a great host who provided all the needed information beforehand and made the process very easy. The only downside was that the property manager that meets you at the apartment in Calvi speaks no English and if you don't know any french, that could be a challenge! We managed to get by with our broken french but had we known nothing, it would have been a bit difficult. He was a lovely person though and regardless of the language barrier, he provided excellent information on where to go and what to do in the area. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended. We would go back here in a heartbeat and will remember this holiday fondly!
