Nice apartment of 63m2 with sea view, 8 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from the train station.
A numbered parking space in front of the building.
Very bright, completely redone in 2017, the apartment includes a living room dining room with a balcony 10 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (bath) and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200. Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x190.

Toller Urlaub

Trouville ist echt eine Reise wert. In der schönen, hellen Wohnung im Parc Cordier kann man es sich gut gehen lassen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist toll. Hier haben wir gefrühstückt und bei Sonnenuntergang zu Abend gegessen. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war prima und der Kontakt mit Sonia zur Schlüsselübergabe war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

super sejour à trouville

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement Sonia qui nous a accueilli était très disponible dommage qu il n'y ait pas le strict minimum à disposition dans la cuisine : huile, sel, poivre, torchons, sac poubelle sinon literie très confortable, très propre, très bien équipé et bien situé le + : place de parking dispo devant le logement très appréciable je recommande

Lieu spacieux et très agréable

Location très agréable- logement propre - literie confortable - vaisselle généreuse et harmonieuse. Terrasse très agréable - Voiture indispensable Bon accueil pour la remise des clés. Axes d’amelioration : proposer un mini kit convivial d’accueil - café, capsules de café, thé, sucre, confiture, biscuits - pour les personnes qui arrivent dans la soirée. ( contre toute attente , découverte le jour du départ , d’un panier placé sur l’étagère supérieure d’un placard , avec un paquet de farine , des filtres à café et un paquet de café ) Très contents par ailleurs de la prestation proposée . Avec nos remerciements et @ très bientôt !
