Ground floor apartment for 4 people with all comforts. It is part of a just renovated farmhouse. The house has 6 vacation apartments in total. There is a common garden available for barbecue. We also have a ping-pong table. The apartment is very spacious with a large kitchen and a nice living room. It is equipped with wifi, air conditioner, essentials, hairdryer, tv. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Aircondition is extra, based on your consumption to be paid at the end of the visit.

Wonderful stay..beautiful place and lovely hosts!

We visited Ellen and Guido’s beautiful property with our children..it was amazing from start to finish! We were warmly welcomed by Ellen who was kind, thoughtful and so helpful throughout our stay..nothing was too much trouble and her knowledge of the area was invaluable! She was so great with the kids and the property had so much for them to do, beautiful grounds, trampoline, swings, table football, swimming pool and the friendliest donkeys around that they loved feeding every day! Lake Garda is nearby and everywhere we went was stunning! Lots of restaurant/days out recommendations from Ellen that helped us to really experience all there is to offer in the area. The property was spotless, spacious and very homely, comfy beds and just a lovely feel to the whole place! Thank you Ellen and Guido so much for making our holiday so very special..we are already planning a return for next year!

Excellent vacation home

We stayed at Ellen and Guido’s lovely renovated farmhouse from 14-20 May 2022. The cozy 2-bedroom apartment was more than adequate for the 4 of us and as perfect as the site photos indicate. The kitchen, dining/living area and bathroom were well equipped with all the amenities we desired. The bedrooms were large with lots of storage and comfortable beds. The pool and outdoor relaxation grounds were well kept and welcoming after a long day of sightseeing in the local area. But most appreciated was the welcome extended by Ellen and Guido. They rank at the very top of the hosts we have met over many years of VRBO renting. Ellen was very helpful in providing us with information on the local attractions and recommendations on the best sights to visit. We will remember her charm and wit and our stay with them very warmly for many years to come.

Erholsame Auszeit ...

abseits des Touristen-Trubels des Gardasees und doch recht nah am Geschehen. Schöne Location mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wünschenswert wäre ggf. ein größerer Fernseher. Vielen Dank an Ellen für die wirklich herzliche Aufnahme und Betreuung.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal bei Ellen und Guido. Beide sind sehr nette Gastgeber und legen Wert darauf, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Kurzausflüge zum Gardasee sind kein Problem und man kann viele schöne Städtchen ansehen. Der Pool ist oft komplett leer, da die anderen Gäste auch Ausflüge machen. Mal sehen, vielleicht wird es noch ein drittes mal. Vielen Dank nochmal an Ellen und Guido für den schönen Aufenthalt!!

Toller Urlaub- Erholung pur!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Guidizzolo...tolle, gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung, herzliche Gastgeber, die immer ansprechbar waren und super Ausflugstipps gaben...wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl und für unsere Jungs waren der Pool sowie die Eselin große Highlights unseres Urlaubes in den Pfingstferien! Wir können Corte Speranza auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Schöne Wohnung, in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage

Wir haben den erholsamen Aufenthalt für 2 Wochen in der wunderschönen, geräumigen und modern renovierten Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen sehr genossen. Hervorragend ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Hat man zusätzlich noch etwas benötigt, hat Ellen es sofort besorgt. Überhaupt waren Ellen und Guido aufmerksame und herzliche Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt haben. Sie haben uns mit guten Tipps, hauseigenen Pfirsichen und Feigen versorgt, und waren immer für ein nettes, freundliches Gespräch zu haben. Das Schwimmbad, die Loungebereiche und auch die Spielbereiche für Kinder sind großzügig angelegt. Es sind reichlich Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden und Ellen hat auch noch Wasserspielzeug für die Kinder besorgt. Die Lage des Hofes ist Ideal. Man ist zentral, um Ziele am am Gardasee oder in der Lombardei zu erreichen. Abends hat man dann seine Ruhe und kann sich noch mal im Swimmingpool abkühlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 5 Minuten, viele tolle Restaurants, für jeden Geldbeutel, liegen in direkter Umgebung. Wir können Corte Speranza und Ellen und Guido 100% empfehlen und würden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen.

Godt opholdt

Der var en super god uge vi havde. De var meget imødekommende og ville gerne fortælle om forskellige ting man kunne tage ud og se. Samt fik de også planlagt at vi kunne tage ud på det lokale mejer og se hvordan det forgik der. Det ligger super godt til kørerferie, hvor man kan tage ud og se mange forskellige ting. Vi bruge en hel dag i Venedig og Milano hvor der kun er 1 time og 40 minutter til i bil.

Super appartement met veel vertier voor kinderen

Prachtig appartement in landelijke omgeving

Zeer ruim, schoon appartement. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig en Ellen & Guido zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Auto is wel noodzakelijk. Heel veel leuke activiteiten en Gardameer, leuke dorpjes/stadjes in de nabijheid.

Geweldige accommodatie met zeer gastvrije eigenaren!

We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad. Het appartement was over compleet en zeer ruim. Het zwembad schoon en voldoende ligbedden rondom. Verder waren er schommels, een grote trampoline, veel buitenzitjes en speelgoed. Heel mooi als je met kinderen reist. Soms kregen we verse eieren van de kippen, courgette en sla uit de tuin. Op het terrein staan veel fruitbomen waar je afhankelijk van het seizoen fruit kan plukken, de kinderen vonden het geweldig! Kortom een echt aanrader, wij komen zeker terug!!

Absoluut topverblijf!

De foto’s geven maar een klein beeld van hoe het echt is. De realiteit van een verblijf bij Ellen en Guido is nóg zo veel beter! Prachtig nieuw appartement, alles is piekfijn in orde en superschoon, heerlijk zwembad en fantastische ligging tussen de velden. Wij vonden het heel charmant dat de boer op het veld naast ons aan het werk was terwijl wij barbecueden. Het terrein is heerlijk groot. Onze kinderen (5 en 7) konden overal op verkenning, er is enorm veel ruimte, een schuur, plaats om te basketballen, ... Wat deze plek extra charmant maakt zijn de eigenaars, Ellen en Guido: warme, hartelijke mensen die altijd klaarstaan maar nooit opdringerig zijn. Je voelt je echt welkom en thuis! Niks is een probleem, we kregen heerlijke groenten uit de tuin, het was elke dag fijn praten met hen. En dan zijn er ook nog een hond en een kat waar onze kinderen heel blij mee waren en die deel uitmaken van de huiselijke sfeer. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een prachtig stukje Italiaanse warmte, op 15 minuten van het Gardameer maar ver weg van het massatoerisme. Wij willen zeker terug!

Séjour formidable chez Guido et Ellen !

Appartement dans agroturismo très agréable, spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Très belle piscine également. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement dans la campagne, à seulement 15 minutes du Lac de Garde. Un grand merci à Ellen pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils. Bref, nous recommandons cette adresse à 100%.

Lovely place. We'll be back

We had a lovely 14 days at Corte Speranza. Our host Guido & Ellen with their daughter, was amazing. Reliable and very helpful. We like to live a bit outside the tourist spots and instead seek out these whenever we wish. Corte Speranza was placed excellent according to our wishes. We had few other guests to relate to and sought out the tourist resorts whenever we wanted. We made a lot of the food in our apartment, but also had many good restaurants nearby. The apartment was tastefully decorated and spacious and suited perfectly for our family of four with two teenage daughters. We had several days where we just relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the sun and swimming. We will definitely return to Guido & Ellen. We still have a lot to explore and see around Lake Garda and better accommodation can not be found in this area. :-)
