Alpine Nest is a beautiful multi level home with large vaulted ceilings and a commanding fireplace. With over 2,500 sq feet there is plenty of room to relax, unwind, and get away from it all. Located on a flat lot in a quiet woodsy neighborhood. Lake passes available through ALA office for $10 per person.

Entertainment galore with a game room loft featuring a pool table, foosball, dartboard, an additional loft TV with playstation 3 and games. The main living room features a 65" TV with Netflix, Amazon, cable TV and loads of DVDs and boardgames. The backyard features a basketball hoop, and a gas BBQ and patio lounge furniture and fire pit on the deck to be enjoyed during the summer months.

Walk into the main level floor through the mudroom with a whimsical arched doorway leading to the main living room. Main living room has a very large gas fireplace with beautiful windows all the way up to the 30 ft ceiling. Dining room, kitchen, living room, and one bathroom make up the main floor. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils, spices, etc that you would need. It also has a nice open layout with a bar countertop with stools overlooking the dining and living room areas.

A spiral staircase leads up to the upper game loft with a pool table, foosball table, dartboards, loads of board games, DVDs, books. An additional bathroom and separate loft bedroom area with a queen size bed and additional TV with a playstation 3 and games complete the upper level. This is what is considered the 4th bedroom, but it is not fully enclosed. There is a 3 foot wall overlooking the living room.

From the main floor dining room take the stairs down to the lower level hosting 2 bedrooms with Cal King beds each and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 children (no adults in the bunk beds allowed, these are child size bunk beds). An additional bathroom with washer & dryer complete the lower level.

The house is not child proofed, but babies & young toddlers are welcome. There is baby gates, a highchair, and a pack & play at the house. We have toys, games, books, and movies for all ages.

We are in a shady, woodsy area of the lake with nice afternoon breezes during the summer and a living room fireplace for the cool summer evenings. Lake rights through the ALA are available with this home. Lake rights means you are allowed to access the lake trail. As with all rentals in Lake Arrowhead, short term rental guest are not allowed to access the fishing dock, private docks, or beach clubs.

*To request a reservation please message us about yourself and your group and list the names and ages of each person in your party. A photo of the driver's license or passport of the person making the reservation will be required, along with your guest's names. Minimum renter age of 28+.
HOUSE WILL ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF 6 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN. No more than 6 adults allowed.

Check in time is 3:00 pm, checkout is 11 am

Please be respectful of us and our neighbors and note that this is not a party house. We are in a very quiet neighborhood.
Events such as weddings, photoshoots, etc are not allowed.

If you are booking a stay between November - May, please note there is a high chance it will snow and you may need to use the snow shovel to get in and out of the driveway during your stay. Our road is regularly plowed and we plow the driveway on check in day. However if it snows during your stay it takes up to 24-48 hrs to get the driveway plowed again. In these cases the guests will need to make sure they are physically able to shovel themselves out of the driveway if needed. Always carry chains and know how to put them on your vehicle.
