This Luxurious newly refurbished apartment is situated on the ground floor which gives easy access to guests. There is a swimming pool, bar, restaurant on site. It is located in the central part of ocho Rios, within 3 mins walk to Turtle Bay Beach, local restaurants and duty free shops. Tourist attraction close by include Dunns River falls, mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove and Jerk Centre as well as local craft markets. There is also a general supermarket, local taxes and Banks close by for personal use

Amazing Ocho Rios Property

The unit was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. Nice and modern and clean. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Communication with Frank and Shelly was great. Loved the space and our time here, we look forward to returning next time

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! I used to stay at Sancastles all the time growing up, but this listing was definitely an UPGRADE. Frank (host) and Shelly (housekeeper) were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and easy to get in contact with during my stay. Everything was clean, modern, and felt “home-y.” I will be returning, for sure!

Idyllic Setting

We stayed at Frank’s property for three days with my husband and teenage daughter, and it was a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we found that the property looked exactly like the pictures—modern, airy, bright, and impeccably clean. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including towels, blankets, a super cold A/C, kitchenware, and more. While I had read some complaints about evening noise in the courtyard, it wasn't an issue for us. Frank has no control over that area, but honestly, the noise was minimal and didn't bother us at all. The apartment is located on Main Street in a lively area, where you can enjoy the vibrant city sounds and soak in the great atmosphere. Ms. Shelly, the onsite property manager, was an absolute delight. She greeted us warmly, provided all the necessary information for our stay, and was quick to accommodate any requests we had. Overall, I would definitely book this property again!

Property was very modern, clean, fresh and absolutely spotless, with excellent, modern facilities. The location of the property within The Sandcastles complex is perfect, especially if like myself one has kids, as it is directly opposite the pool and the bar!!! Both the property owner - Frank, and the host - Shelly were very nice and ALWAYS easily contactable. I loved the property so much, I was able to extend for a few extra nights!!! I will definitely be staying there again!!!

The area is vibrant, lively and friendly, It is very popular and has many amenities, there are international banks, large supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, nightlife, beach all within walking distance. The property is a spacious apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. There is a large bedroom with a Queen size bed and a lounge with a sofa that can pull out into a double Bed if needed, a safe, keyless door lock to enter the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor which makes it suitable for those who may find stairs a challenge. The apartment is within easy access to the beach, duty free shops , places to eat, nightlife and popular sights of the Island such as the Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain, and the Jerk Centre. It is in a popular and vibrant location that is loved by locals and tourists alike. This is evident by the many cruise ships that stop off to allow their passengers to sample the wonderful food on offer as well as interesting souvenirs to take back home. The location is perfect for those who want to have a relaxing rest by the beach, or for the more adventurous, who would like a base from which they can go to explore other parts of the island.. There are Local taxis and the Duta Tours Buses available for travelling around the island. The Knutsford Express runs Coaches to Montego Bay and Kingston Airport and other parts of the island on a regular basis.
