BEST LOCATION! Barcelona city is 45 minutes away and Costa Brava beaches are 15 minutes away.





Even though it is set in the midst of the countryside, the Villa can be reached easily by the national road II-A2 and the highway AP-7 from France and Barcelona.



The property is located 4km from the town of Sils, where there are plenty of services you may need (supermarkets, medical centre, train station…) and is only 15 min away from the golden beaches of the Costa Brava. Moreover, all the attractive towns of the region like Girona, Figueres or Barcelona are easy to reach.

The main house is located within private and enclosed grounds of 6600m2 with a pleasant bathing area, a huge conservatory, a fenced pool of 6x12m as well as sun loungers all around…perfection to get some tan and refresh yourself.



The surroundings, also belonging to the property (220 000m2) are made up of forests, cultivated fields as well as little fenced pond…only you and nature!



The main house, suitable for large groups, has 10 air-conditioning bedrooms, 9 bathrooms (5 are en suite), 2 cosy sitting rooms, 1 fully equipped kitchens and 1 large dining room.



Moreover, there is a big screen conservatory adjoining the main house, with a fully equipped summer kitchen, a barbecue and a second dining room for up to 34 people as well as a babyfoot . The games room with 2 PS3 racing simulators, the pool table and the sound system will surely entertain your evenings !



The thick stone walls of this typical catalan mansion keep a cool atmosphere in the summer and a cosy one in the winter. Nevertheless air-conditioning and heating are spread out throughout the Villa.

The private enclosed grounds also offer plenty of outdoor games for the kids like a ping pong table, tree huts, hammocks, a playground and an orchard with many fruit trees.



Technical support is available 24/7 in case of any problem or emergency you might have during your holiday.

This villa is perfect for a big group of friends or family. It's remote location gives you great privacy and space. The villa owner Joseph is very attentive and communication is perfect - you are able to book a local coach service to head in to town (Girona/Lloret De Mar) and for airport transfers - the villa owner can help you with all of this. The pool was great for relaxing and has a pool table/ping pong too. We had a great time at the villa and would highly recommend it!

We had a really great time here. They do not provide things like shampoo/conditioner, salt/peper/oil, etc. So bring your own. It was a beautiful villa and even on the hottest days it was cool inside the stone building.

I booked this almost a year ago, I wanted somewhere big enough to invite my family and friends to, and what a great choice I made. We were a group of 20 and there was more then space enough. The house was clean, everything you needed was there, the communication was excellent, the domain itself and swimming pool we're really nice,... We most surely consider to visit here again!

We were a party of 15 members of the family of all ages. We had a great time in the house. It is big enough to comfortably accommodate everyone without disturbing each other’s routines and still have plenty of different kinds of communal spaces to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The pool, the garden, the kitchen, the dinning areas and all other facilities were clean and pleasant to be at. It is situated close enough to towns, beaches, vineyards etc. Plenty to do. The house comes also with great service: on time, friendly and not intrusive. Highly recommended.

Excellent Experience

The property exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 18 people and it was perfect and catered for everybody. On this occasion I came with a group of friends but this property would be more than suitable for family groups and the entertainment for all ages at the property were fantastic. Location wise it is quiet but accessible to local supermarkets and if you want to venture to Llorete or Girona these are only short taxi Journeys. All in all it was a great experience made easier by the help of the property management.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 jours à la Belladona pour un stage de triathlon et que dire.....c'est tout simplement superbe et d'une très bonne prestation. Joseph le propriétaire est très à l'écoute avant, pendant et après et aussi très patient. Il est soucieux du bien être de ses vacanciers. La situation de la villa, son emplacement, sa conception font d'elle un superbe endroit pour passer des vacances en groupe. Dotée de nombreuses chambres avec des murs épais, de nombreuses salles de bain; la villa permet de ne pas se marcher dessus, de garder une certaine intimité même à plus de 20 personnes. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner et vivre en groupe est présent. Les différents chemins aux abords de la villa permettent de se promener sans avoir à se soucier des voitures. Endroit idéal pour faire du vélo avec de nombreuses routes de très bonne qualité. La proximité de LLoret de mar et de ses infrastructures sportives permettent la pratique de tous les sports en particulier le triathlon. Bref un super endroit pour faire des stages sportifs et/ou passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Merci à Joseph, Chris et Fransces pour leur accueil et leurs disponibilité. Un club de triathlon qui reviendra l'an prochain.

Het is een fantastisch huis van alle gemakken voorzien! Heerlijk zwembad.

We hebben met vijf stellen plus kids een week in Belladona doorgebracht. Het was geweldig. Mooi om wandeling te maken, dichtbij het strand en goede faciliteiten. 4 koelkasten dus je hoeft niet vaak naar de winkels. Super! We hebben genoten!

Comfortability close to Nature.

We were looking for a different accommodation for a visit to Barcelona and decided to book a big villa near the city but also to the Costa Brava region. Another reason to book the villa was its reasonable price and the lovely pictures. The property itself and the surrounding area of pure nature are much better than in the pictures. The enclosed grounds is huge and very well-maintained. The interior of the villa with its 8 spacious bedrooms is very comfortable, clean and fully decorated. We strongly recommend this villa and the helping service of the owner. It is not easy to find one with the characteristics we have enjoyed. . Anders J.

Christmas with spanish friends

We were looking for a big villa near Barcelona to meet our spanish friends and booked villa Mas Figueres.It was a little more expensive than the average accommodation, but this was for the Christmas period and the property itself exceeded our expectations. I think the location, the spacious and well-kept 10 bedrooms, the huge conservatory next to the pool area, the facilities for children and free wifi are characteristics to consider when booking the villa. Furthermore Mas Figueres is just 15 minutes to the beaches and impressive coves of the Costa Brava. I would definitely recommend Mas Figueres if you're looking for an isolated villa but with good connections to Barcelona. I would especially recommend this to families, as couples prefer more privacy.

Peaceful place with all you need

Amazing peaceful place ideal to visit all that there is to see in the Costa Brava. This large villa is clean, has air conditioning, much appreciated in the hot summer and offers everything you need! The 2 large swimming pools and the screen conservatories are perfect for families with children. We had a great time. Besides, it is not far from Barcelona and very easy to reach to. A great experience all in all !

Great place, for a couple escape and more

Our group of 8 couples stayed in Villa Mas Cubell in the last week in May for 7 nights. Price was very reasonable and each had own ensuite bathroom and plenty of room to get lost is you wanted privacy. The villa was lovely and the pool delightful. All exactly like the photographs on the site so there were no nasty surprises. If you want to see that corner of Costa Brava without paying for expensive hotels, this is the way to do it. Highly recommended!

Clean and well-equipped villa with rustic-feeling

Big property with lots of space, set in a lovely and tranquil spot with buckets of charm and great facilities. The main house has a rustic-feeling and is perfectly-functional and well-equipped. Beds are very comfortable and linen/ furnishings all clean. The maintenance staff is always available for all queries . Excellent nearby supermarkets (especially Mercadona in Santa Coloma de Farners). It is a good place, just 50 min from Barcelona, to start your visit to Girona and the beautiful Costa Brava. Our children have enjoyed the pool, the games, specially the racing simulators, the table tennis....
