Mediterranean Villa 50 meters from the sea

Villa Mediterraneo (150 square meters) consists of three bedrooms, four bathrooms, one of which is used as a laundry room, a large living room, a large dining area, a non-habitable kitchen. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other two have a bathroom in the corridor, two meters away. The rooms are so arranged: there is a double bed in each of the three rooms, in addition in one room there are two other single beds, which can also be moved to another bedroom. The rooms are large with large windows. The bathrooms have a shower. We then have a shower outside which also supplies hot water.
Bedrooms, lounge and dining area are air conditioned.
The kitchen is very well equipped: five burners, fan oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, plenty of pots and dishes.

We supply the sheets, towels, tablecloths, placemats, with the related spare parts if the stay lasts longer than a week.

The total capacity of the house is eight beds.

Outside there are two large verandas (150 square meters in total) with tables, in addition to the garden of over 500 square meters. We also have a 60 sqm pool.
In the garden there are parking spaces for three cars.
We have some bikes for cyclists of different ages.

The distance of the house from the sea is 50 meters. The beach is free, but not far away there is an equipped establishment.

The distance from the center of Campomarino is about 500 meters.

All expenses are included in the price, with the exception of electricity, to be calculated at a cost of € 0.30 per kw.
