On the heights of Cavalaire, in a calm and residential environment (dead end), south facing villa on 1000 m2 of land with magnificent sea view. New equipment, hotel bedding, reversible air conditioning, wifi. Free shuttle at 100 m. (July / August only)

Absolutely perfect in every way for my family of 5: great location, exquisitely clean, all necessary amenities (and more), stunning deck with magnificent view. Beds great, furniture really comfortable, great that there was parking. Indoor and outdoor dining table which were ideal. Lovely to have an extra fridge.Cannot recommend highly enough - will definitely be back!

Villa with a fantastic view

The renovated villa offers a unique view of the sea. Great wooden terrace with dining table, pool, plenty of sun loungers, a cozy lounge and a Napoleon gas barbecue. Very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Great hosts, always available to answer questions. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and chilled water. It was a great vacation. We would love to come back.

Das Haus ist wundervoll, sehr schön eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt nichts, die Betten sind prima und die Klimaanlagen angenehm ruhig. Der Blick von der Terrasse oder dem Balkon aus Meer ist herausragend. Der Pool ist recht klein aber sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was auch an der sehr guten Kommunikation mit Vermietern und Verwaltern lag. Vielen Dank für alles.

Cool in Cavalaire

This home is very clean, the view is incredible, and the pool is great for a dip on a hot day. The house is perched up on a hill overlooking the sea, and the drive down to town and the beach is very easy. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. My only suggestion would be to provide pool and beach towels for guests. Also note that sheets are an additional charge. Would highly recommend this house and hope to return.

Tolle, ruhige Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick. Sehr gut ausgestatteter Aussenbereich/Terrasse mit gepflegtem Aussengelände. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette jolie maison ! Tout est parfait ! Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines dans cette maison, le cadre et la vue sont exceptionnels !!! Située au calme, la maison a été entièrement rénovée avec gout, elle bénéficie de tous les équipements, tout est bien pensé. L'aménagement intérieur est parfait et offre de très beaux espaces de vie. L'extérieur avec sa terrasse en bois et la piscine est un régal ! Tout est parfaitement entretenu. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette maison et nous nous réjouissons d'y passer un prochain séjour.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in einem tadellosen Zustand und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern und die gesamte Abwicklung inklusive der Kautionsrückerstattung war einwandfrei, der Empfang durch Nathalie vor Ort sehr herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder dieses Haus mieten und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich habe selten in einem so schönen Ferienhaus meinen Urlaub verbringen dürfen.

Beautiful villa in a very quiet location

Christophe’s Villa is very nice indeed, very tastefully decorated and has everything you’d need. The view is stunning, the pool is the perfect size for a dip to cool off, sun lounger cushions would be nice though..! The check in was faultless and to be honest we didn’t need to see Emily until our day of departure. A minor point but worth mentioning, in the property details it says linen included but you find out afterwards that it’s 30euro extra per room which we felt unnecessary, and, there were no separate swimming towels which would have been useful. Overall a super villa for a family of 4-6, very well equipped and lovely location! Would highly recommend.
