Fantastic apartment located on the top floor of our villa in Calpe, in a quiet residential area, where you can enjoy a comfortable stay.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes, also has a living / dining room and kitchen. From the living room you access to its large terrace, where you can have breakfast contemplating the sunrise or simply enjoy its views.
Private pool and parking.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Calpe. It is, only, 10 minutes from the supermarket and 15 minutes from the town center or the beach walking.

Dated appartment with stunning view and perfect pool

We had a lovely stay. The family was very kind. As was the lady who lives downstears with her dog. They all respected our privacy. The appartement is dated, some things were broken, but everything functions. The roof terras is big with a stunning view and a Nice place to have breakfest or a BBQ. The pool was great, as well as the sunbeds. If you don’t mind that not eventing thing is super clean, and that the beds are very old and hard, then you can have a lovely stay there.

Très bonne vacances.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Calpe. La maison est très bien situé proche de toutes commodités et de la plage. Le logement que nous avons loué est bien équipé, climatisé avec une belle terrasse et une vue magnifique sur le peñon de ifach. Je tiens à remercier l’hôte de la maison qui est une personne exceptionnellement gentille, qui venait nous voir si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit,et d’une gentillesse rare encore merci.

Estáncia muy agradable

Estáncia muy agradable en casa Feli. La propietaria es muy agradable y aunque vivie en el apartamento de abajo no se entromete en nada en la estancia de sus inquilinos y parece que no hay nadie. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la super terraza y de la piscina para nosotros solos. El apartamento es muy fresco y corre mucho el aire pero es algo ruidoso por las carreteras que pasan por al lado aunque eso no te impide descansar ya que los a/a funcionan muy bien y puedes cerrar las ventanas para dormir. Si vuelvo a Calpe no dudaría en repetir estancia

Agréable séjour

Le logement avec sa terrasse est très agréable. La piscine est top. L’hôte est très accueillant et à l’écoute. Le logement est situé à moins de 20 minutes à pied des commerces et de la plage. Par contre étant proche du centre ville, la rue est passante à certaines heures de la journée.

Confortable, bien equipada, excelente ubicación, propietarios magnificos.

Casa muy confortable (camas, sillas, muelles,..), los aire acondicionados nuevos, pero no hacen falta, ya que siempre hay brisa. La ubicación es excelente muy cerca del centro pueblo /playas ( 2 min coche, 8/10 min andando ) Los propietarios, encantadores (Feli y David) y atentos. Un pequeño problema con un desagüe, lo solucionaron en 1 hora. A pesar de que la piscina está en la planta baja, solo tienes que bajar unas escaleras y tienes independencia. Por poner un punto de mejora, seria recomendable incorporarar mosquiteras en algunas puertas/ventanas. Recomiendo, este alojamiento.

Sehr saubere Finca.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Große Räume und Ordentlich, Bad , Schlafräume, Wohnzimmer und Pool sauber, Küche sollte verbessert werden. Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer muss dringend erneuert werden. Leider ohne Klima. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder.
