Unique stone villa on the waterfront with stairs leading to the sea. The villa has a large outdoor deck area with a covered dining and seating area, an outdoor bar, a BBQ and an outdoor kitchen. The swimming pool is with sea water, which is continuously recycled. There are steps that lead down to a small private platform, from which you can dive straight in the sea. There is also a helicopter pad at the end of the complex. The villa has three bedrooms in the main house and two large guest houses near the swimming pool.

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the Island every day. As there are few hotels on the Island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. Kea has kept its natural charm and is considered as the Hidden Gem in the Cycladic Islands. It is a quiet island, with many sandy beaches, some only accessible by boat, though at Vourkari and Korissia there is quite a busy night life.

The villa, which is in a small complex of 7 houses, is located in the area of Mellisaki and is set on a 2,000 sq meters plot of land three kilometers from the port. Each house has complete privacy and is completely independent of each other. The villa has a large outdoor deck area with a covered dining and seating area, an outdoor bar, a BBQ and an outdoor kitchen. The swimming pool has salt water, which is continuously recycled. There are steps that lead down to a small private bay, which also has a jetty to tie a small yacht. There is also a helicopter pad at the end of the complex.

The villa has a main house and two guest suites. The main house is on two levels and consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom (double bed) with a fireplace and a bathroom with a bath and shower. On a split level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Near the swimming pool and built into the rock face are two large guest houses/suites, each with double beds and en-suite bathroom with showers. Both suites lead onto a large private terrace that offers amazing sea and sunset views.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
