In the lovely village of Maria de la Salut, this beautiful and modern house is willing to make the stay for 2 guests great.
This house has been completely restores in a quite modern style. It has just one floor as well as marvellous and stylish furnished terrace where you will disconnect and relax after the lung tour days in the island. It invites to have dinner at night under the starry sky together with a good bottle of wine and lie down at the chill out area while having fun with your loved ones till late. Despite this is a town house, privacy is total because there are not direct neighbours; just an old factory of natural products currently closed.

Behind a large sliding glass door you will access the kitchen directly, the dream of every amateur cook. It has a ceramic hob, air-conditioning, and space to sit and have an appetiser while cooking your best recipes. The living room, also with AC, which opens to the dining table, comes with a comfortable chaise longue sofa to watch an interesting film on the satellite TV or read for a while, if you find some interesting book on the shelf. The bedroom has a double bed, closet and space for a cot and a high chair and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is a second shower bathroom, where you will also find the washer and the dryer as well as the iron and the ironing board, located outside. We can provide a fan and toe radiators, in case need them.

María de la Salut, located in the area of el Pla de Mallorca, is a quiet little village with all types of restaurants and also some grocery shops. The landscape turns green and flowery in Spring. Every Wednesday, the most ancient and traditional street market in the island takes place in Sineu, and you are invited to visit it. A car is necessary, specially if you want to visit our dreamy beaches like the large sandy beach with crystalline waters of Can Picafort or Playas de Muro.

Perfect, quiet and peaceful place.

Perfect, quiet and peaceful place. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. The terrace, especially in the evenings when the lights are turned on, makes a spectacular impression. We had an amazing time and this place exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation there. We highly recommend it.

Hervorragende moderne, sehr großzügige Unterkunft. Wir sind gar nicht mehr aus dem Staunen herausgekommen nach unserer Ankunft. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die top ausgestattete Küche und Grillmöglichkeit im privaten Innenhof mit Doppelgarage für den Mietwagen. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Betten und Couch sind gemütlich. Der Fernseher hat auch deutsche Fernsehprogramme für das entspannte Ausklingen lassen am Abend. Etwas abgeschiedene Lage in Maria de Salut. Im Dorf selber ist nicht viel los. Für uns war es aber der perfekte Ausgangspunkt mit dem Mietwagen für verschiedenen Wanderungen überall über die Insel verteilt. Wir würden jederzeitig wieder buchen.

Logement propre et confortable, aménagé avec goût. De belles plantes sur une jolie terrasse. Maison très bien équipée, avec des équipements de qualité (Wi-Fi, TV, enceinte Bluetooth, four, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche-linge...) Le garage et la buanderie sont très appréciables. Bien situé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île. L' agence Homerti a été réactive pour solutionner notre problème.

Literie de qualité et grands rangements dans la chambre ; très grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche ; spacieux séjour avec climatisation réversible ; wifi performant ; immense cuisine moderne très bien équipée ; cour intérieure avec salon d'extérieur, parasol et table ; garage avec portail électrique ; buanderie avec lave-linge, sèche-linge et fer à repasser. La boite à clé permet d'arriver et de partir quand on veut. Les informations données par l'agence de location sont très complètes et l'agence est joignable facilement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la corbeille de fruits et la bouteille de vin offertes à notre arrivée. Notre séjour de 5 jours a été particulièrement agréable.

Le logement était au dessus de nos attentes. Très propres, très bien équipé, des petites attentions à l’arrivée (bouteille de vin, panier de fruits frais…), le linge impeccable, une tressasse très grande et sans vis à vis, maison comme neuve. Le garage est très pratique avec un barbecue à disposition. Très bien situé si vous avez une voiture et que vous voulez découvrir toute l’île. Si nous devons revenir à palma ça sera ici c’est sur.

Die Wohnung war toll, wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bett war super bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Haben die liebevoll gestaltete Terrasse mit viel Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Auch die eigene Garage fanden wir sehr praktisch! Die große, moderne Küche lädt zum Kochen mit frischen Produkten vom Markt ein. Dort hätten wir uns allerdings eine bessere Ausstattung gewünscht. Es gibt wenig Tassen und Frühstücksteller, leider gar keine Schüsseln, keinen Brotkorb, keinen Rührlöffel und keine große Pfanne. Auch kenne ich von anderen Wohnungen, dass zumindest Salz,Pfeffer und Öl vorhanden sind- das war hier nicht der Fall. Der Ort liegt super zentral und man kann von dort jeden Ort der Insel in maximal einer Stunde erreichen. Ist also bestens geeignet um das ländliche Mallorca kennenzulernen, aber auch um Ausflüge an die Strände an Nord- und Ostküste zu unternehmen, die traumhafte Westküste zu besuchen oder die schöne Inselhauptstadt kennenzulernen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

l'appartement est grand, spacieux et confortable...voir même trop grand juste pour 2. l équipement de la cuisine est par contre trop léger. un lave vaisselle mais la vaisselle est trop peu nombreuse pour le remplir. aucun nécessaire de cuisine, sel poivre huile d olive, café, sucre, éponge.... pas de bol à déjeuner.... habitué de rbnb, c est la première fois qu un appart est aussi pauvrement équipé. position, par contre très central pour visiter l'île. maria de la salut est parfait pour ça.... on en gardera quand même un bon souvenir.

Très bon séjour à Majorque. Pour l'arrivée, les coordonnées GPS nous ont amené juste devant. Nous avons eu du mal à ouvrir la boîte à clefs mais la réactivité téléphonique a été super. Nous avons eu un soucis avec un volet roulant à notre arrivée et idem, réactivité au top. Le logement est au calme, très propre, très spacieux. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée : bouteille de vin, panière de fruits, petit mot de bienvenue. Je rejoins les autres commentaires sur le manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'y manger tous les jours. Logement bien situé au milieu de l'île ce qui nous a permis de nous rendre dans les 4 coins en 1h de voiture. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour au calme loin de la ville.

Alojamiento amplio y con cocina grande.

Aunque llegar al pueblo es un poco difícil y las calles son estrechas, es muy tranquilo y hay mucho aparcamiento en la calle (aparte del propio garaje de la propiedad). En alrededor de 1 hora máximo se puede llegar a cualquier punto de la isla. Se echa de menos algún utensilio de limpieza para mantener limpio el apartamento y fregar los platos.

Nous avons apprécié le quartier de maria de la salut, ville tranquille mais en même temps une vie de quartier. Lorsque nous étions présents des soirées étaient organisés le soir sur la place de la ville, je recommande le restaurant Ca’s xigaler !!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette magnifique maison majorquine ! Très bonnes indications pour organiser l'arrivée et trouver le lieu de location. Le logement est tout équipé, lumineux, décoré avec goût, très propre. La terrasse est très agréable. Panier de fruits frais et bouteille d'un vin local en cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciés. Idéal pour un pied à terre au vert et au calme. La localisation est parfaite pour partir à la découverte de l'île en voiture. Bonne communication et réactivité de l'agence Homerti en cas de besoin / question. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse ! Merci pour tout :-)
