Perfect location in a great neighborhood! The flat was perfectly set up for our two kids, and the host made sure all the amenities we needed for our toddler were ready and waiting when we arrived. Great stay!

Only 3 blocks from the Underground station, this condo was the perfect location for our family to explore London. Lots of space and very quiet. This unit was also very clean and well maintained. We look forward to making this our “home away from home” when we visit London.

From the moment we checked in with Bob, everything was great. The unit has pretty much all you need for a long stay. We were there for a week or so. Loved the space and the cleanliness of the property.
My family spent seven nights in this lovely flat. It was the perfect location for us (ages 26 to 75) for fantastic shopping and great restaurants. Great starting point for going to see the sights by either walking, taking the Tube, or catching a taxi. Clean, comfortable, light-filled space.
Convenient central location among high end shopping
The apartment was in an extremely convenient and central location. Short walk to upscale shopping on Bond Street, Green Park station, Piccadilly, and more. Good amount of living space to unwind after sightseeing. Very quiet at night, too. We stayed for 8 nights and received a cleaning midway through, which was nice and very appreciated since we have 3 messy kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
The flat was very nice. The place was updated and clean and everything worked well - TV, wifi, etc. The beds were not king beds by American standards but maybe things are different in the UK. Wildly outstanding location in the nicest part of London. Within walking distance to many fun things to do and also public transportation.
This was a magnificent flat for our family and worked out even better than I imagined. The rooms were well equipped and decent size (lots of closet and drawer space), kitchen with good appliances, and the washer/dryer were a lifesaver. The area is spectacular! You’re right next to various transit stops, amazing shops, and walkable to everything. We really appreciated the frequent cleaning while we were out. My kids (5 &7) particularly enjoyed the deck. Great WiFi service - we were all on devices at the same time with no problem. Excellent listing and we hope to visit again.
We had 3 adults in our group, and finding a large enough room to accommodate us comfortably was a challenge so we decided to go with this VRBO! Great location, amenities and plenty of space with our luggage. The TV, kitchen and living area were great and we enjoyed the roof deck, there was plenty of space for us all. We spent long days out on the town, so having this gem in the city to come back to was a plus! Plenty of dining and shops within walking distance, great proximity to Buckingham palace and green park! There is an elevator too, which was important as it’s on the 4th floor. The only thing that I wish would be improved is the comfort level on both mattresses in the guest rooms. They both were rock hard, and when staying for more than 3 nights and not getting a good nights sleep really affects you. If they could switch these and get some better sleeping pillows, this place would have been perfect.

Overall we liked the location and the fact there was an elevator and air conditioning were a major plus considering we visited during a few very hot days. I found the apartment to be very sparse. We had our two children traveling with us and I had to ask for linens so one could sleep on the couch. The couch turned out to be the best for sleeping. The beds were VERY firm with no additional blankets for the couch or beds if you were cold. There were very minimal dishes in the cupboards. For the price we paid I felt like there could have at least been some coffee/tea/basic spices and a bread knife to use. We had to ask for more toilet paper, garbage bags etc. The outdoor space is OK but some patio furniture would have been nice. Compared to other short term rentals that we've stayed at for this amount of money I found it lacked any charm or cozy feeling.

I am very grateful for the time taken to post this review and am very concerned about the points on which the guest was disappointed. Whilst these should not have happened and will be corrected, I would stress that my team and I remain on standby throughout each guest's stay - we are just a phone call or a message away and if there are any concerns at all, whatever they might be, we respond.
We brought our two kids, one teen and one tween to London and had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, the flat was the perfect size for 4 of us. Could not have chosen a better location for walkability. The beds were on the firm side but everyone managed to sleep well. Flat was clean and the check in and out process was easy. Bob was accommodating for an early check in and baggage drop which was very helpful.
This flat in Mayfair was the perfect place to launch our incredible family vacation in London. Its central location made it quick and easy to explore the area via foot or tube. 2 min walk to the tube, pubs accross the street, 5 min walk to Buckingham Palace, 10 min to Soho for fabulous dinners! Bob and team met us when we arrived with a key and tour of the flat and was helpful throughout our stay. The flat was spacious accommodating our family of four (2 teens). The shower and hot water were noteworthy as amazing! One suggestion would be upgrade the beds / pillows - they were very hard (but minor inconvenience).
Since this is a company booking, I did not get to see the property myself but I did appreciate the managers availability and flexibility. They do understand the challenges of business-related travel.
The location of this apartment cannot be beat. It is right where you want to be, walking distance to everything. The unit is large, lots of windows, clean and comfortable. The managers are very responsive, we had an elevator that only worked part of our stay, but they were on it and kept us informed.
One word of caution, so to speak, you are renting an apartment, not a hotel room, there will be no well stocked coffee or tea bar, or a plethora of soaps and shampoos, so make the trek around the corner to the store and purchase what you need when you get there. It was a minor inconvenience, and one we would endure again, given the apartment and its location.
Great for a short stay, don't recommend it for a longer one.
This is a very clean, modern, well located apartment, perfect for a very short stay. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), staying for over a month. We had a couple issues along the way, and all of them were taken care of right away. The apartment is poorly equipped, specially the kitchen. We had a very few amount of plates, glasses, cups, silverware, pans and kitchen utensils (there were no cutting board, scissors, garlic mincer), making it really hard to cook. The air conditioner is another issue, it makes a water flow noise that makes sleeping really hard. They tried to fix it, and although it got better, the issue came back after a couple days, and we gave up.

Amazing property in the heart of Mayfair
My family spent 3 nights at this centrally located apartment. Could not have asked for a better location. Close to everything. We had a fabulous time and the apartment was modern and clean. Hope to return back at some point in the future.
My whole life has been built around travel, so it's a real pleasure to be able to share some of those opportunities with you. I have had a long career in hotels and serviced apartments in the UK but now I just enjoy what I have always loved: travel. Favourite destinations include Koh Samui, Thailand; Palawan, Philippines; Luang Prabang, Laos; Dambulla, Sri Lanka and many, many more. My favourite food choices pretty much reflect where I love to go. As I am not always in London, I have some friends from the industry who look after my guests and my properties for me. Coming from the hospitality industry, quality of service is very, very important - especially with my luxury apartments - so we will take excellent care of you from the moment you first come into contact with us to the moment you leave London.
