The cottage sleeps four people in two downstairs double en suite bedrooms (one can convert to twin) with doors to a shared courtyard. On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is the sunny shared courtyard and six acres of shared grounds with lawn for picnics or croquet, pond and benches with long and lovely views, plus parking for three cars. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.4 miles, river 2.4 miles. Just a mile from the village, The Barn is an excellent place to enjoy a restful break in Devon.
