Beachside apartment with spectacular sea and mountain views from all rooms, this fabulous third floor generously sized apartment has an amazing terrace where you can sit and watch the sun go down over the bay of Mazarron. The great pool and garden area is well maintained and for guests use only. A cool box, table and a brolly for the beach is available for your use. The beach is accessed from private gates to the apartment . This two bedroom property has an en suite to the master bedroom and separate shower room, fitted with contemporary furnishings in the lounge and bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for a great holiday, including dishwasher and washer/drier, the property has air con throughout. There is a children's play area and tennis court with spotlights for guests use onsite, tennis racquets and balls provided. Free residents parking is available.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is everything that you need for a comfortable holiday. The location is excellent, great swimming pool and very easy beach access.The apartment was need and well equipped. Most of all the host is amazing. We were well taken care off. Relaxing place, great views

We stayed in this apartment for a week and found the location very tranquil and relaxing. The view was lovely, overlooking the Port of Mazarrón and the balcony provided sufficient shade in the afternoon sun. The pool was lovely too, very refreshing on a hot day. There’s easy access to the beach. It’s a short drive into the Port of Mazarrón where there were lots of bars and restaurants to eat out. We would recommend a trip into Cartagena where there was lots of shops leading up to the harbour.

amazing & wonderful

It must be said, this is an amazing place to stay, a wonderful place to spend a vacation, located in the most beautiful part of the Spanish coastline. Everything was as advertised, plus a clean sea with thousands of fish, an almost Olympic-sized pool, and no mosquitoes. It's slightly away from the crowds, but still there are somebody 😊 And about the host, Mrs. Carol, she gave us a warm welcome and is a super friendly and thorough person. I don't know what else to add; we really enjoyed our stay and hope we will have the opportunity to come back once again.

Es war okay

Unser Aufenthalt war soweit okay, die Gastgeberin war total nett und hat uns vor Ort alles erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft hat eine super schöne Lage und einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer.Das Innere hat uns leider nicht ganz so gut gefallen. Das Doppelbett ist sehr klein und nicht bequem, das gleiche kann man über die Couch im Wohnzimmer sagen. Wir sind da tatsächlich anderes gewohnt. Teilweise war es auch nicht sauber, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Toilette wackelt wenn man sich drauf setzt.Wir hätten die Unterkunft gerne besser bewertet, aber wir waren doch etwas enttäuscht.

Mi lugar de vacaciones preferido

La ubicación del apartamento es ideal, próximo para realizar compras, pasear, comer en restaurantes, tomar una copa, etc,.... de vuelta un lugar tranquilo cerca de la playa para descansar. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades y equipamiento necesario para disfrutar de la estancia llevando solo ropa personal y los alimentos que se deseen. Hay un super cerca que tiene de todo. La urbanización en la que se ubica el apartamento, está cuidada y limpias las zonas comunes. Llevo cuatro años alojándose en este apartamento y lo seguiré haciendo. Gracias Carole por todo.

Excelente apartamento vacacional para ir con niños

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva. El apartamento estaba ubicado frente a la playa y tiene piscina comunitaria, ideal para estar con los niños. El apartamento está super equipado hasta el último detalle, para que pases tus días sin preocuparte por llevarlo todo. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido buenísima. Incluso días antes nos avisaron que no funcionaba el aire y nos daban opción de cancelar o ponernos ventiladores, pero gracias a su rápida acción tuvimos el aire arreglado justo cuando llegamos,.todo un lujo en plena ola de calor, la verdad se lo agradecemos mucho. En resumen todo ha estado genial.

Nette Anlage, sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Pool und Zugang zum Meer Magere Möbel/Einrichtung, in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Bäder (es wackelt fast alles, auch das Klosett) Betten durchgelegen, wenig Ausstattung (keine Decken). Balkonmöbel wackelig. Küche funktioniell ausgestattet, Jalousie fehlt. Couch und Sessel 20 Jahre als niedrig und komplett durchgesessen. Keine SAT-Anlage, dafür Wohnung komplett klimatisiert, was bei den Temperaturen eine absolute Wohlstand war. Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht und die Berge. ruhig gelegen, Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nah gelegen, Fahrstuhl und Tiefgaragenplatz und Kellerraum vorhanden. Teilweise nervige Nachbarn. Betreuung und Kontaktperson im Haus freundlich und zuverlässig. 1x Reinigung in sechs Wochen. Haustürschloss hakt dauerhaft. wir haben einen tollen Tauchurlaub verbracht, das Meer hat viel zu bieten und es gibt Bestrebungen, die Natur wieder zu renaturalisieren (Mar Menor und mehr). insgesamt war der Aufenthalt trotz Schwächen sehr angenehm und entspannt, wir werden vermutlich wiederkommen - wenn einige bequemere Möbel spendiert werden und alles mal festgeschraubt wird :-)

Lugar excepcional para descansar y relajarse

El alojamiento esta cuidado y limpio, no obstante necesita mejoras respecto a los enseres del apartamento ( Toallas, sábanas, utensilios de cocina, sillas de playa, etc. pues están muy viejos y son escasos ). La atención personal de Tony, el encargado de las llaves es muy buena, al igual que la comunicación con la propietaria.

Hermosas vistas

Excelente apartamento para 4 personas. Todo coincide con la descripción. Estupenda terraza frente al mar y con vistas desde todas las habitaciones. Lugar muy tranquilo. Dos cosas que se podrían mejorar es la cama de 135 cm, pequeña para nuestro gusto, y colocar una cortina en el ventanal de la cocina, porque el sol pega fuerte desde el mediodía .

Because you will never tire of the lovely views and the blue flag beach on your doorstep. A fabulous place to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down over the port of Mazarron. There is a walkway which takes you along the beach side along the coastline of this beautiful unspoilt corner of Spain. The tapas bars in the area are great!

What makes this property unique

This apartment has a great beachfront location but also has tennis courts, swimming pools and a children's play area. The views are fabulous over the Bay of Puerto de Mazarron and the mountains surrounding this lovely coastline. The sun sets are beautiful and you can watch them from the apartment, the lounge, terrace and both bedrooms which all have spectacular views over the bay.
