A spacious, attractive 400 year old traditional stone, beamed property with a private garden. The garden has a large heated swimming pool which is 11 x 5 meter, alarmed and for exclusive use of our guests. The house is in a rural location and is surrounded by fields.

With extensive character features the house lends itself well to provide accommodation for 2 families, with sleeping and bathroom facilities either side of the main living area, which can be divided by closing doors (not lockable). Between the two sleeping areas is a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with a high vaulted ceiling. The lounge has a large feature fireplace with the main wood burning stove. Free WiFi is available throughout most of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, including a range gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee machine. The dining area has a large dining table which provides seating for 8-10.

The lounge will comfortably accommodate 10 people and has a large Smart TV, with both English satellite and French cable channels. Guests will be able to choose from a large selection of English and French DVD films . Also provided is an Xbox with a range of games and an i-pod docking station.

The garden has large gravel area, which provides ample parking (within the secured area) for up to 4 cars, an area with a charcoal barbecue, a swimming pool, a large lawn and trees. Directly outside the property is a beautiful canopy from the trees, providing shade during hot days. A charcoal barbecue is also provided for those essential barbeques. Please note vehicles over 2 mtrs high will need to park down the side of the house.

Other facilities include access to highchair, stair gate and travel cot, a range of books, children’s toys and a range of games to suit all ages. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Guests have access to a modern barn which houses the ping pong table, pool inflatables, and barbacue. We also have x2 bikes suitable for adult men and x2 bikes suitable for adult women but protective cycle helmets will be needed.
