DIAPASON LOCATION 3-bedroom apartment ideally located for 5 people

Apartment 54 m2 on 3 levels with 2 balconies (1 on the room, 1 on a room with views to the port on the left and on the funicular on the right)
Comfort, tastefully decorated, located in the heart of the city, all shops (the car is not essential)
Promenade: near the port, the beach, at the foot of the highest cliffs in Europe, the free funicular open all year.

PRICE: Rental week for 1 to 5 persons 290, 390 or 490 € depending on season and decreasing price (except July-August). Weekend rental (except July-August).
WEEKEND RATE: + 10 € per person per night for a group over 3 people. example: 2 nights for 2 to 3 people = 130 €
                2 nights for 4 people = 150 €
                2 nights for 5 people = 170 €
This rate applies only for weekends and not for a week.

+ tourist tax 0,60 euros per person per night (free for children under 13)
Deposit 300 € in case of breakage + 50 € for the household (the deposits will be returned at the end of your stay, after verification of the place)

Location très propre, situation géographique exceptionnelle, les propriétaires sont adorables, il ne manque de rien dans la location, même les torchons et tapis de bain sont prévus, seul petit hic la dernière piece à l'étage est à revoir niveau déco et tapisserie c'est un peu triste :( je précise car mon fils ne veut plus y retourner à cause de cela :( de notre coté mon époux et moi même reviendrons c'est certain.

Pure Normandie

Der Aufenthalt in Treport war außergewöhnlich gut. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Innerhalb weniger Minuten sind Lebensmittelläden, Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Blick auf die Klippen

Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Auto wird nicht benötigt (dafür gibt es eine Parkmöglichkeit), Bäckerei, Mini-Supermarkt um die Ecke, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung ist sauber und genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Vermieter sehr entgegenkommend, Check in war früher möglich, Kommunikation ausgezeichnet. Öffentliches WLAN ist kaum zu empfangen, aber wir haben es in der Woche nicht wirklich vermisst.

Appartment mitten im Herzen des hübschen Ortes mit kleinen Supermarkt und Bäckerei direkt vor der Tür. Vom Balkon blickt man links zum Hafen und rechts zu den Klippen: sehr schön! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Teenager hätten vielleicht gern W-lan, überleben aber tatsächlich auch ohne.

Im Herzen von Le Treport

Das Haus liegt mitten im Herzen von le Treport unmittelbar am Hafen. Die beiden Balkone bieten eine tolle Aussicht zu den Kliffs und auch seitlich zum Hafen. Auf 3 Ebenen bietet das Haus eine schönes Flair und alles was man.im Urlaub so braucht. Gerne empfehle ich diese Unterkunft weiter und komme gerne zurück. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe war toll. Alles prima 😀

zentral gelegene Wohnung mitten im Geschehen

Nettes Haus, zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte zum Hafen, zur Promenade und zum steinigen Kieselstrand (faustgroße Kiesel) Eindrucksvolle Umgebung und gute Restaurants, wenn man Muscheln und Fisch mag. Nette Vermieter, guter Kontakt - französisch Kenntnisse sind hilfreich. Außerdem sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, damit die drei Etagen des Hauses erreicht werden können. Wir fanden es gut!

Nette Wohnung, nette Inhaber

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Treport, in der Nähe vom Meer und Hafen. Man bekommt vom Inhaber Stationierungsausweis, man stellt das Auto ab und man kann es während des Aufenthalts nicht nutzen, wenn man nicht außerhalb des Ortes fahren möchte. In der unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, eine Boulangerie sowie ein paar Pizzerien (wir haben Pizza zum Mitnehmen bestellt, die Bestellung war in 30 Minuten fertig und recht lecker). Die Inhaber der Wohnung sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles hat bestens geklappt, sowohl die An- als auch die Abreise. Achtung: in der Wohnung gibt es viele Treppen, also für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung oder kleine Kinder nicht besonders empfehlenswert. Sonst würde ich die Wohnung empfehlen!

Wir kommen gerne wieder, quoi qu'il en soit, nous aimons revenier

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de juin au Tréport et chez Laurie Douchain. Au début, nous étions incertains parce que l'appartement est sur 3 étages. Mais la bonne disposition, salle de bain - chambre à coucher, cuisine - salon sur un seul niveau, c'était aussi pour nous (69 ans et 61 ans) pas de problème. Le décor est simple mais de bon goût et avec une attention aux détails. La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien équipée, y compris sur les petites choses (par exemple les ciseaux). Une petite radio avec lecteur CD (Yamaha CRX-040 ...) dans le salon serait certainement agréable et n'est pas utilisée chère. L'emplacement dans l'endroit, merveilleux, parking pas de problème, balcon très agréable, la description dans l'Internet apt. Parce que nous avions réservé très rapidement, était la communication pour la facturation entre le service d'appartement, la propriétaire et nous pas tout à fait optimale, mais à la fin tout à fait bien.
