Casa Limón is a country house with stunning views of the Mediterranean and mountains, set within secure privacy. The large, mature, sub-tropical garden features a lovely pool, shaded areas and benefits from being all on one level with ample parking, gas bbq and table tennis table.
The house was built to the exacting standards of the interior designer owner and served as a family home for a number of years. Two log burners and high spec insulation ensure a warm and comfortable stay in winter and the latest air-con throughout ensures interior temperatures remain cool in the summer months. The property is a short drive to the beach, shops, activities and a full and wide variety of bars and restaurants.
The three bedrooms (two doubles, one twin) are all ensuite and the house is furnished to a high and tasteful standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge/freezer, 5 burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven, with a separate laundry and abundant drying areas.
The main living room is large and spacious (10 x 5m) with floor to ceiling glazing, maintaining the panorama from within. Equipped with comfortable sofas and ample dining space this area leads out to a low-level balcony and steps down to the garden and its alfresco dining area adjacent to the pool.
For winter and summer bookings the location is a perfect base to visit the many activities and cultural attractions available all year. La Herradura town is just a 7 minute drive away, the beach approximately 5. Access to the house is via an asphalted country lane, typical of the region, that meanders through tropical fruit plantations. There are drops in a few places but the road is asphalted to the door.
Casa Limón is without doubt close to everything and away from it all, combining the very best of Mediterranean living with a rustic countryside setting, close proximity to the beach and the sea, and the varied bars, restaurants and shops of the authentic Spanish seaside town of La Herradura.
