About this property

Charming house with pool near Bordeaux

Very nice house of 110 m² located in Ambares and Lagrave on a plot of 520 m², one hour from the ocean beaches and the Bassin d'Arcachon, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 15 minutes from Bordeaux.

Ideal for family holidays. We have 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, a bed 140 and a bunk bed). We can accommodate 6 people. Cot on site if needed with booster and fireside for a seventh person.

Pool of 3. 5x7m secured by a tarpaulin. You can enjoy grilling (griddle and barbecue) and games for children (a portico and a hut in the garden).

Shops nearby.
Bordeaux is 20 minutes away.

A 1000 € deposit will be required upon arrival.

Das Haus selber war wirklich sehr schön. Julie war sehr nett und hat eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit bei Ankunft bereitgestellt. Die Umgebung war schön,das Haus sehr gepflegt und alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Urlaubsfreude wurde nur dadurch getrübt,dass man auf einmal Reinigungsgeld von uns haben wollte,welches nicht in der Buchungsbeschreibung aufgeführt wurde. Grundsätzlich haben wir kein Problem damit,jedoch war die Art und Weise nicht sehr nett. Fewo hat ebenfalls bestätigt dass keine Zahlung im nachhinein erfolgen muss,da bei Buchung alle Kosten bereits gezahlt sind.

Julie est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, très attentionnée et nous à guidée parfaitement dans notre semaine. La maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille ! Tolles Haus mit sehr netten zuvorkommenden Vermietern. Der Pool und Garten sind wunderschön. Bordeaux ist in 13 min mit dem Zug zu erreichen und eine tolle Stadt!

Tout était parfait !

Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, qui ont même anticipé nos besoins (notamment pour nos enfants). La maison est superbe, propre, très bien équipée, au calme et sans vis à vis. L’extérieur (piscine et jardin) est tout aussi soigné et très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter pour des vacances reposantes en famille.

Het huisje is echt zeer goed

Qua omgeving is het iets minder, veel industrie rondom. Maar Bordeaux maakt veel goed. Steeds +/-30 min rijden om ergens iets moois te zien. Maar in het huis is ALLES aanwezig, en heel veel rust met als troef natuurlijk het prachtige zwembad.
