Stunning, brandnew apartment located in the small and secluded 'Royal Cabanas Beach' complex just a few meters from the riverfront. The complex offers a gated pool area with sunloungers, gym and restrooms and has private parking in the basement. The topfloor penthouse apartment is accessible by lift.
Lay-out: Entrance on the 2nd (top) floor into hall with on the left a new, fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast-bar separates the kitchen from the bright and spacious living room with comfortable sofas and TV-set with full channels. Sliding doors open up to the balcony with build-in BBQ, from here stairs lead up to the rooftop terrace.
Furthermore the apartment consist of 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom and 2nd (guest) bathroom.

Well equipped apartment

Lovely apartment wilts all mod cons. Location is really good for the restaurants and the beach access. The owner was very responsive to our needs and was very helpfulness giving us some good restaurant recommendations!
