Apartment in Cabanas de Tavira, Eastern Algarve, Portugal - Quiet Area, But Just 200 Mts Walk To Beach And Boulevard. Close To Train.

Fortaleza is situated on the edge of Cabanas village, with the village of Conceicao and Benamor golf course a 5 minute walk inland. The air-conditioned top floor apartment has a bedroom (2 persons), a large living/dining room with a double sofa bed (2 persons), a seperated kitchen, a sun terrace and secure parking. Cabanas is a fishing village and beach resort in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve just 4kms from the historic town of Tavira. The area boasts numerous blue flag beaches which are accessed via water taxi, ferry or land train (Cabanas included), all have white sand clear water and plenty of space. The village has numerous restaurants and snack bars together with all the amenities you would expect: supermarkets, ATMs etc. Transport links are excellent with the train station and bus stops just a 2 minute walk. There are a further 4 golf courses within 20mins drive. Part of Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, the area is of interest to walkers, birdwatchers etc.

Apartment has all electric tools, washmachine, dish washer, microwave, oven, fridge en freezer and other little things.

There are also kitchen, bath en bedroom towels and a hair dryer.

Wifi forseen aroud the swimmingpool.

Excellent stay

The apartment was excellent - location just a short walk from the boardwalk, restaurants, cafes and shops. The balcony was large with full sun from 11ish through to dusk. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The communication with Nathalie was also excellent.

A lovely break

This is the first occasion that we have rented this apartment within a complex that we know well. we would certainly rate it very highly and would be happy to stay there again in the future. We have now stayed in 3 of Nathalie & Philipe's properties and all have been of a high standard and in excellent locations within the lovely village of CABANAS de TAVIRA.

The apartment was very nice, especially the terrace.The host got back to us on any messages quickly.The only downfall we had were as seniors we didn't realize it was four flights up to the apartment, carrying luggage. Also the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on. Other then that everything else was fine

Apartamento bonito y relajante

Es un apartamento muy bonito con una gran terraza donde disfrutaras del desayuno y la cena en medio de una tranquilidad sin ruidos. La piscina está muy bien es grande y tiene hamacas para relajarte tomando el sol. Está ubicado muy bien pues los restaurantes y tiendas están a final de la calle donde también se coge el barquito para llevarte en pocos minutos al otro lado dónde está el embarcadero de la playa y accedes através de un paseo de madera en medio de un paraje natural. La playa no tiene chiringuitos ni ruidos ambientales que molesten a los bañistas en familia o parejas. Si quieres ir a Tavira que os recomiendo pasear por el Centro en 15 minutos estáis alli, la carretera está bien señalizada. En fin buen apartamento y la propietaria no explico todo. Además tienes tu plaza de garaje privado en el edificio.

Absolute Ruhe in einer modernen 🔝 ausgestatteten Wohnung im 3. Stock (ohne Aufzug). Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, der Empfang sehr freundlich. Große Terrasse mit bequemen Möbeln. Ein schöner Blick ins Grüne bis zum Meer. Die Strandpromenade mit diversen Lokalen und einem Supermarkt war nur 400 m zu Fuß entfernt. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Fantástica experiencia

Nathalie nos atendió personalmente y fue muy flexible con el checkin. La urbanización está muy bien situada en Cabanas, la piscina ya funcionaba. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, amplio y bien decorado. La cama y el sofá cama muy cómodos. El equipamiento estupendo. Tuvieron un detalle y nos obsequiaron con dos botellas de vino portugués y agua embotellada. El apartamento tiene parking. Lo único que se echaba un poco en falta es un ascensor, por ser un tercer piso e ir con niños pequeños, pero por lo demás. Estupendo.

Apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso. Nos gustó mucho la terraza, dónde se podía cenar en una mesa muy amplia. Muy limpio y con la cocina bien equipada. Está muy bien situado, muy cerca del embarcadero desde el que te llevan a la playa. Zona y edificio muy tranquilos, sin ruidos. Espero repetir cuando vuelva a Tavira.

O apartamento está bem equipado, apresenta divisões amplas, numa zona sossegada proporcionando férias tranquilas e calmas. Uma varanda grande e muito agradável, para lazer e refeições Tem lugar de garagem, o que é segurança para a viatura e uma facilidade no estacionamento. Piscina e espaço exterior muito agradável. Fácil acesso e próximo do local de embarque para a praia. Simpatia e prontidão no ato da recepção e na saída, por parte da proprietária. Ponto menos positivo - Sofá com cama espaçosa e de abertura fácil mas, com uma estrutura metálica articulada bastante ruidosa por qualquer movimento, o que perturba um pouco o descanso de quem a utiliza.
