Attached on to the original Old Smiddy blacksmiths this lovely apartment has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday with plenty of activities nearby plus restaurants. Within walking distance to shops and pubs. There is a private entrance with parking, small hallway with shower room off. Livingroom with Lindsay tartan carpet. Family bedroom with large king size bed and connecting room with single bed sleeps 3 people in curtained large room. En-suite attached. Electric blankets on beds, hairdryer and clock radios. New for 2025 Wren fitted kitchen with everything required. Fridge/freezer, washer/drier, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker etc. Bus stop near door taking you either to east side of Loch Lomond or to Glasgow.

    Fiona's apartment was perfect for our stay in the Loch Lomond area. It was a great launch point for various hikes, and the apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

    Loved Loch Lomond

    This apartment was perfect for my family & I. We were able to walk to Loch Lomond and the locals shops and restaurants in Balloch. Fiona & David are true gems.

    I’ve lived in Balloch for 32 years originally from next town of Dumbarton. I enjoy doing holiday accommodation and meeting guests from all over the world. Loch Lomond is a lovely place to stay.

    Why they chose this property

    Balloch is a lovely village close to Loch Lomond within walking distance of Loch and the National Park. Lots of places to eat plus sails on the Loch visiting the islands.

    What makes this property unique

    My property was built in 1862 and was once an old Blacksmiths used for tending to the horses still a few features till this day.
