Comfortable, conveniently located, four bedroom, three bath, single living area house. Also has a utility room with washer, dryer, utility sink and chest freezer. In addition, the mud room located directly across the hallway from the garage, has storage space for ski boots and a dry sauna. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, 40" flat screen TV', and adjacent master bathroom with two headed shower and two vanities with sinks. All other bedrooms and living area are on first level. Another bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" flat screen television, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combination and single vanity sink. Third bedroom also has a queen size bed and is located directly across hallway from third bathroom with shower/tub combination and single vanity sink. fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, chest of drawers, and closet. Living area has 50" flat screen television with stereo sound system, two sofas, two reclining chairs and a dining table that seats six, and kitchen bar space with four bar stools. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, even a crock pot and Mr. Coffee coffee maker. Internet service, WiFi and Dish TV is provided. Enjoy wildlife passing through from the comfort of the deck while grilling on the gas grill provided or while relaxing in the available hot tub.

Great Christmas Vacation!

We had such a great trip! The house was in the perfect location and the hot tub felt incredible after a day of skiing! The visiting mule deer were also an added bonus!

Great location, lots of room!

Stayed here with 3 teenage kiddos, place was perfect! Loft with extra room was a bonus! Excellent location! Never thought I would use a sauna but it was super nice after a day on the slopes, hot tub was awesome too! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great House Close to the Slopes

The house is very close to the slopes for being this large. It is well equipped and has rooms that accommodate 3 adult couples and several children. Great Hot tub, sauna, deck and barbecue. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. Awesome vacation. I will rent this house again.

The house was AMAZING, the town was gorgeous and the mountain was glorious!

The view was great, the house was even closer to the lifts than expected. The house was super clean and perfectly accommodated our group of 9. The HOT TUB AND SAUNA were the most relaxing thing and we all enjoyed them both every night after a long day on the slopes. We also enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard both morning and night! As far as the experience throughout the town, The brewery in town did not have a friendly wait staff at all, BUT THE BEER AND FOOD WAS GREAT! We also tried out Legends and the food was outstanding. We did find a few spiders inside the house, but it is in the woods so what else would you expect! The house had EVERYTHING we needed and the owner was very open and responded very quickly with any questions and concerns we had. We would recommend this home away from home to anyone!! We will definitely be back!

It doesn't get much better after a day of skiing/snowboarding, to relax in the hot tub and take in the star show in the mountains. Magical mountain get away

This was a perfect place for our extended family winter getaway! 3 couples and 4 children were all comfortable in the home as listed! Close to the mountain playground and so much more comfortable than the photos are able to communicate. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with more than usual condiments that I really appreciate! I give this great place a 10! The wildlife were fun to see also!

Amazing house for our family !

My family of 7 stayed at the house for 5 nights in Dec --and it was excellent. Everything was clean and ready to be enjoyed. Wonderful views -- we saw deer in the back yard most mornings, there was plenty of room for us to spread out but still be together as a family. We were given lots of suggestions for things to see and do and the owner was very responsive. The hot tub was great! and nice to sit and enjoy the great outdoors. Fireplace was wonderful -- and cozy. All the beds were comfortable. The master was very private and spacious. We would rent again and encourage others to do so as well.

Great family friendly house in ideal location in Angel Fire!

I definitely recommend this house in Angel Fire! My parents took my family of four and my sister's family of four over the winter break and we had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for us with a cozy living area, open kitchen and plenty of seating. The location was ideal and we loved watching the deer frolic around the house every morning. It was also nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We had an unforgettable vacation and hope to go back again!

My son, grandson, and I, on a delightful fall hike in the mountains. I was a military brat who spent his professional career in Texas. Fell in love with the mountains during backpacking trips in the summer and skiing vacations in the winter. Northern NM is beautiful and provides great weather in the summer and tremendous snow for skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter. The mountains in northern NM are drivable in one day, from most major cities in Texas, and several hours closer than Colorado. The weather and snow fall are similar to Colorado. Angel Fire is a popular ski resort in northern New Mexico, on the east slope of the beautiful Sangre de Christo Mountains. Angel Fire Resort is a great place for families to come and enjoy the great outdoors in the mountains.

Why they chose this property

We chose Angel Fire because of its beauty and proximity to Austin, TX. We have skied and backpacked in northern NM and Colorado for over 30 years. The summers in the mountains are delightful, and Angel Fire is closer, by several hours, to where we live in TX, compared to where we enjoy spending time in Colorado. Angel Fire Resort offers tremendous amenities to its property owners and visitors. We have a 500 acre ski mountain with 50 miles of downhill mountain bike trails to ride in the summer. A PGA golf course and clubhouse, six hard surface tennis courts, fishing lake, RV park, stables, and miles of cross-country hike and bike trails, as well as a zip line. Angel Fire is a bargain value to those that enjoy the amenities being offered.
