Remodeled and updated 3 bedroom (see note below on 3rd bedroom) home only 1 block off Main Street. Walk to all the shops and restaurants and the hot springs pool. There is a large back yard for the kids to run and play, enough off street parking for at least 3 vehicles plus on street room for 2 more.
Enjoy the charm of this vintage mining era home with all the comforts and conveniences of today's lifestyles.
Bedrooms: one king sized bed, one queen, (a 3rd bedroom is not approved by the city for use as a vrbo bedroom due to egress window code requirements). Porta crib is furnished if you have a 'little one.' There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Terry and Perry are Colorado natives (3rd generation on both sides). We have been vacationing in Ouray for decades. Perry recently retired: was a real estate broker and owned his office in Cedaredge, Colorado. Terry has been a teacher and school administrator for over 35 years and recently retired. She loves yoga, hiking and biking, and tennis and pickle ball, and the grand kids.
We love Ouray and all it offers and hope you will visit our home and love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The home was originally built in the 1900. It still offers the mining era charm but has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen, new 1/2 bath, updated full bath, updated electrical and all of the features you want and expect.
It is only one block off Main Street, has adequate off street parking for Jeeps and ATVs, and is only a short walk to the Box Canyon Falls.
