Charming, quiet and bright sea-side apartament

Charming, quiet and bright sea-side apartament:
The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the first floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Se vi piace camminare avete la possibilità di fare tutta la costa lungo mare con un panorama fantastico. La gente è molto cordiale le offerte in ambito gastronomico sono molte ( se vi capita La casa nostra top).

Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf in dit fijne, lichte en ruime appartement met uitzicht op zee. De locatie is top, op loopafstand van het strand en het pittoreske dorpje Sant Pol waar je ook makkelijk de trein pakt naar Barcelona. De wifi was goed en stabiel waardoor het geen probleem was om met zijn tweeën vanuit het appartement te telewerken. Enige minpunt is dat het gebouw vrij gehorig is en je dus af en toe de buren hoort. We zouden dit appartement echter zeker weer boeken!

Ana who gave us the keys, also was really helpful and gave us some extra recommendations for restaurants :) The apartment is located near a beautiful cove “Cala Roca Grossa”, 15 min by walk! We really recommend this place :)

The location to the beach at San Pol de Mar is excellent just a few hundred metres via a causeway underneath the main road. The apartment is very nice and has all the amenities you require for a holiday on the Costa, and the underground garage is very welcome for your vehicle should you hire one. Ana, the apartment owner is lovely, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and contactable 24 hours a day. We needed an extra fan as the apartment does not have AC, and she came round the following day with an extra one for us. If you want a holiday away from the hoardes of the Costa Bravo, look no further than San Pol de Mar, lovely bars and restaurants, great beaches and this lovely quaint apartment, you won't be disappointed.
