Precious individual at Oliva Nova Golf, villa available for 6-7 people, 400 metres from the beach, with pool and individual garage, large garden, Internet ADSL-Wifi free, three double bedrooms, possibility of bed in living room, two bathrooms, kitchen with appliances, large living room, very quiet, spacious areas sports and children's, 18 hole golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros and another pich putt, court practice, tennis, ressort, and field wide avenues to walk. The villa has air conditioning cold/hot, heating room, fireplace, wardrobes, stoneware pottery, ceramics, kitchen Office, furnished, appliances, oven, great barbecue, Ironing Board, washing machine, microwave, fridge, TV SAT and Canal + Spain (more of ten channels of movies in english). Foreign: Garden, pool and private garage, sports area, children's games, small area with supermarket, Bank, bars and restaurants, laundry, Barber, pharmacy stores. The beach is several kilometres long and in many countries, is fringed by dunes. In it you can practice water sports: swimming, windsurfing. Urbanization is located between the cities of olive and Denia. Olive is five minutes away by car and is a typical Spanish city with many shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. Denia is a cosmopolitan city that is 10-15 minutes by car. In it there are elegant shops and a large port from which you can take the ferry to the Balearic Islands. In addition, a little further away, are Gandia (20 minutes by car), Jávea (20 minutes by car) and the great entertainment (little more than 30 minutes by highway A-7), one of the most important coastal cities of the Mediterranean with its famous Levante Beach and its extraordinary promenade and the Terra Mitica theme park.

Lovely house on golf resort and close to beach

We spent great holiday in this lovely house, located on Oliva Nova´s golf resort and close to the beautiful sandy beach of Oliva. The house is charming and comfortable, even in the colder months because of its central heating and fireplace. We are definitely going to return to these house!

Der private Pool war ein Traum und die Terrasse richtig gemütlich – perfekt zum Relaxen. Es war alles da, was man so braucht, inklusive reichlich Handtücher. Der Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück ist super praktisch, besonders wenn man die Umgebung mit dem Auto erkunden will.Die Lage ist top: nah am Meer und gleichzeitig super angebunden an die Autobahn, um Ausflüge zu machen. Die Möbel sind zwar etwas älter, aber für den Preis total in Ordnung – hat dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan.Und das Beste: Die Gastgeber waren supernett und extrem hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Problemen – richtig herzlich!Rundum ein richtig schöner Ort zum Abschalten, Pool genießen und die Gegend entdecken.

Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Entspannung unter spanischer Sonne ohne den üblichen Trubel und Touristen-Lärm.PRO:Hübsches, gut eingeteiltes kleines Haus mit eigenem Pool und reichlich Begrünung. Grundstück bietet den ganzen Tag über sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten.Das gesamte Grundstük ist mit Hecken eingefaßt, in denen durchgegend ein Zaum verläuft. Lediglich das Tor mussten wir mit einem Balkon-Sichtschutz zusätzlich sichern, damit unsere Hunde einen unbeschwerten und ausbruchsicheren Urlaub verbringen konnten, ohne ständig angeleint sein zu müssen.Die Umgebung bietet reichlich Gelegenheit für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern via mail und WhatsApp verlief problemlos und freundlcih. Besonders erwähnen möchte wir die überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarin, welche die Schwester der Inhaberin ist.CONTRA:Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind etwas abgewohnt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.Hlfreich wäre aber ein Wasserkocher in der Küche, damit man das Tee-Wasser nicht immer auf dem Herd erhitzen muss. (Dies würde auch die Stromkosten für die Besitzer senken.)FAZIT:Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen.Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder hierher!

Prachtig vakantie huis.

Wij hebben een week met vrienden doorgebracht en een week met onze dochter kleindochter en schoonzoon,deze mensen vonden het huis ook perfect.Beddengoed voldoende,keuken compleet met goed werkende apparaten ( koelkast vriezer over en platen.Zeer goede matrassen ,eigenlijk niets negatief,huis wel iets gedateerd maar daar konden wij wel doorheen kijken.Wij hebben er samen mijn man en ik nog met z’n tweeen nog 4 doorgebracht( totaal 6 )Inc 2 wk bezoekers.Wij denken erover na om volgend jaar weer terug te gaan.Communicatie was wat moeilijk omdat wij geen Spaans spraken,maar als wij vragen hadden kregen we wel antwoord.Dank voor het mooie verblijf,wij hebben genoten.

Not for us

A lady called Anna met us at the property. Very rude. We had asked owner to check in early due to flight but message hadn’t been passed on to her. She kept stomping past us as we sat outside waiting for her to put bedding in etc. When we asked if she could speak English to us she shouted NO. So that was our welcome. Only one set of bedding for each bed. Good job we only used 2 beds. No sun at all in house , very cold as it was September to mid November so heating had to go on even though warm outside and garden only has a little space where it comes for around 4 hrs. Wrong password given by Anna for WiFi, finally sorted after 10 days by man next door who was owners relation after continually being told it would be sorted. Finally got flight two weeks early which was good as spare bedroom had gone black up the walls with damp and our clothes in there had started going damp and smelly.

The property and equipment need updating. Not enough bedding and cooking equipment. Had to buy vegetable peeler ,baking sheet and dishes to use in oven. The property was fine for summer let’s but not too good for winter.

Well deserved break

Having spent our holidays for the last 10 years in this area with family nearby we found this property suited our every needs (including for our dogs). The villa is very well equipped and is in an excellent location with facilities nearby. We definitely recommend this property and would happily book again for next year.

A relaxed location and lovely villa

This is a wonderful 3 bedroom villa in a quiet location close to a very clean quiet beach. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The 3rd ensuite bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is reached by external stairs. There is a swimming pool and large BBQ. Our party consisted of 3 couples and a baby and we found ample space for us all. Nearby is a commercial centre with bars, restaurants, bank pharmacy. Nova Oliva is a purpose built resort, particularly for golf. A 15 minute drive away is the main town of Oliva a busy town with many supermarkets and other facilities. We visited a waterpark in Benidorm (a 45 min drive away) and had a day trip to Valencia by rail from Gandia This is an ideal villa for a quiet relaxed holiday.

I would stay here again, location is near shops, golf course, beach. The villa is clean with all amenities to hand. Cesar and Alice were very easy to talk to, to get directions and pick up keys. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Very clean and good location

Overall the villa was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and finding the villa was easy.Anita was very helpful too.we did however get locked out the upstairs by closing the door with the keys on the inside, so a locksmith had to get us in. Maybe that door needs a different lock to prevent this happening. There was no kettle at the villa either only coffee machine. Also no garage but there is a hard standing off road with a lockable gate. Overall a good stay.

Schönes Ferienhaus in gepflegter Anlage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2 unten, 1 seperat oben mit eigenm Bad) genug Platz. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Auch im Garten bereich genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, mit hübschem Pool und Grill. Schlüsselübergabe klappte ohne Probleme, auch die Kommunikation im Vprfeld war super. Die Anlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, ist ingesamt sehr gepflegt. Kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.Bis zum STrand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten, auch dieser ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter!

Bien très rare sur la marché de la location ,vraiment le top . Niveau rapport qualité prix impossible de trouver mieux . Propriétaires avec de grandes qualités humaines ,très rares ,personnels très gentils . Je recommande cette location a 500% .Merci César et vivement le mois d'octobre .La petite info supplémentaire pour les intolérants au gluten vous trouverez tout au mercadona d'Oliva ce qui nous a permis de vivre normalement avec notre fille de 4 ans ,un rêve .Espagne je t'adore .

Bon séjour dans un confort correct

Maison bon niveau : literie grande et très confortable, 3 CAC, 2 SDB, cuisine avec tout, piscine propre, barbecue, TNT, accés wifi, parking privé-fermé gratuit. Facilité d’accès, personnel aimable, excellent état de proprieté. Trés calme. Bonne plage à proximité. Golf. Tennis. Sports hippiques. Tout est fait avec gout et attention pour que le client s’y sente bien. Trés bon rapport qualité-prix. Une adresse à vraiment reccomander. Bravo!

Unos días muy tranquilos

Contra el strés de la vida que llevamos en Madrid, unos días de relax absoluto en esta casa nos han sentado estupendamente. El sitio es muy tranquilo aunque, si quieres, puedes salir a tomar algo o al cine a Oliva, Denia, Gandía. En la urbanización puedes jugar al golf, al tenis o ir al spá y, si quieres, te puedes acercar a Oliva, a poco más de 4 km y disfrutar de pistas de tenis en tierra batida, paddel, piscina municipal de invierno, etc. La casa es extraordinaria y tiene todas las comodidades. Nos ha llamado la atención que es de las pocas que tiene calefacción lo que, en las noches de invierno, se agradece tanto por el calorcito que da como por su silencio tan diferente del aire acondicionado. También nos han llamado la atención otros detalles como la cafetera de cápsulas, el piano, el Canal Plus, los colchones que habían puesto nuevos en la habitación de matrimonio. La playa es inmensa y estaba prácticamente vacía lo que, unido a una temperatura bastante agradable, nos permitió disfrutar de eternos paseos. Si a ésto le añadimos un trato estupendo por parte tanto de los dueños como de la persona que nos entregó las llaves hace que, seguramente, ésta no sea la última vez que nos escapemos a esta villa.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Villa

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Oliva verbracht. Zu dieser Zeit war die Siedlung kaum bewohnt und es war sehr ruhig und am Strand war man fast alleine. Allerdings war es noch zu kalt zum Baden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten. Zum Verdunkeln sind Rolläden angebracht und das Haus hat Heizkörper und Klimaanlage. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in 100 m Entfernung. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in den größeren Ortschaften und dort kann man dann gemütlich essen gehen. Auch ein Lidl ist nicht weit entfernt. Zur Anreise sind wir nach Valencia geflogen und haben uns dann einen Mietwagen genommen. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen und wir würden gerne wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Der ideale Standort

Winter in Spanien – das ist Sonne garantiert. Pool, Tennis, Fitnesstudio, Geschäfte und einen Supermark. Wunderschöner Strand. Wir wandern gern am Strand. Ein tolles Haus. Sehr ruhig, komplett Küche, bequemen Betten, tv in Deutsch, Heizung, Klavier. . ., ein sehr bemühtes Team. Der ideale Standort!
