We have stayed in Chasing Waves several times, had a great time as always, and hope to be back again!

Chasing Waves is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay with everything you need and a wonderful view of the ocean and beach. Restaurants are close by and delivery is available if you just want to relax on the balcony, watch the surf and wait for a knock on the door for lunch or dinner. The only down sidde was we had to leave and go home.

This condo is super cozy. I love that you had an option of ground coffee or K-cup. That made it feel even more like home. The restaurants downstairs were amazing. I think we ate down there even more than going out. It was a truly relaxing vacation.

We loved our 4th of July week at Angie’s! Never had such a convenient and full show of fireworks. The beach access was 2nd only to a private beach house and the whole experience was phenomenal. The resort provided uncommon conveniences like milk and pizza and ice cream in a snap. We are so happy we found you.

Awesome place to stay!

The condo was awesome! Very clean, the decorations were cheery and beachy, The view was amazing, I loved that there was a restaurant right next door that served breakfast lunch and dinner. Everything was really close 15 minutes away max for shopping. The owner Angie is so nice I would definitely stay here again. My sister and I loved it!

We recently stayed for five nights and it could not have been more perfect! The condo is so nicely decorated and there is everything you could possibly need. Every detail is taken care of. The bed is super comfortable and the walk in shower was a plus. The view is just awesome and Angie is great to deal with. We can't wait for our next trip to Myrtle and to stay here again!

Well-kept unit with amazing views! The location in the building was ideal with the beach being just a quick elevator ride and a couple steps away. Will definitely return whenever the opportunity arises!

The unit was well equipped but don't expect to cook a big meal due to no stove, hot plate only. Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery but right on the beach, very easy access. The unit is perfect for a long weekend getaway which is exactly what we were looking for !!

Angie's Myrtle Beach

My husband and I stayed last week in this condo and loved everything!! The condo was clean, decorated beautifully and was right on the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and we would recommend staying in this condo to anyone making the trip. We will definitely try to get it again next time we visit. Five stars all the way !!

Absolutely loved the location, view, colors, and amenities provided by this room. Our favorite thing was probably the spacious and beautiful tiled shower. Beds are super comfy too! One thing I could recommend would be a full body mirror but that’s just a small detail, no biggie. Thanks so much y’all!

Perfect Beach Get-away!

Amazing Place to Stay in Myrtle Beach!

My wife and I stayed in Angie's "Chasing Waves" condo for four nights recently and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. Angie was super easy to communicate with and provided timely and detailed information when we had questions. The condo itself is amazing and very clean! Nice view, good location, and plenty of amenities!

The building and grounds were easy to access and navigate during our stay. We never had any trouble finding a parking space. The condo was clean and well taken care of. The views were great! We had difficulty locking the sliding glass door that led to the balcony; which with two kids was a safety concern. We spent some time at the indoor pool and hot tub, as the outdoor pools were still too cold at this time of year. We appreciate all of the details that the owners provided to help make the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Beach Getaway

We LOVED every aspect of the condo. It was immaculate, and the location was perfect. Minutes from a beautiful beach (or the pool), there are spots nearby to grab a drink and/or a bite. Try the karaoke at The Fish Shanty on Sunday (3-6). The OUTSTANDING music and warm, entertaining hosts (the DJs and the restaurant staff were terrific) made for a terrific afternoon. The bed is so comfortable, you will want to sleep in every morning! Be sure to see what time the sun will rise- the view is breathtaking (no extra charge for the dolphins)! Thank you for a wonderful break from a cold, snowy winter!

Can’t take away ocean

The view from this property is awesome! The place itself is quite small and it would be better with more comfortable sitting space. The fact that there is not an oven, just a hot too to cook on was odd but it was ok. The building , pool and beach is full of families. The building itself is not as clean as expected but our little room was excellent ! I loved our space just wish it was a little bigger . The night views of the ocean were amazing...you can’t take the beauty of the ocean away. We enjoyed our stay.

A Very Pleasant Experience

This condo is lovely. It is decorated in the bright, happy colors of an Island retreat. The dining area is the highlight of the space. It is completely enclosed in glass with a phenomenal view of the ocean. The balcony is also great for ocean views. Angie was very accommodating in all respects and answered texts ( with questions ) promptly. The condo is clean and well maintained, and the mattress was very comfortable, which is important since we stayed for a month. The location is perfect, and every place we explored ( Murell's Inlet, Pawley's Island, N. Myrtle Beach ) was within a 30 min. drive. We also got to know the immediate Myrtle Beach area very well.

We purchased this unit because I always wanted a King Suite that had room to "live in" and "entertain." This unit has it all - bigger than the efficiency condos and other one bedrooms! There are only 9 of these units in the complex!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach together ever since we were dating - over 25 years being married. We visited the Sand Dunes every year and loved the location, the activities, the restaurants, the beach - everything! When we found out in 2005 that they were privatizing the units, we jumped at the chance to own a little piece of heaven. We decided to make our dream come true. We loved renovating and bought another and another and this is it - our final (and my favorite) condo. We purchased this unit because I always wanted a King Suite that had room to "live in" and "entertain." This unit has it all - bigger than the efficiency condos and other one bedrooms! There are only 9 of these units in the complex!

What makes this property unique

We love the Sand Dunes because of the amenities the resort has, the location of the condo, and the activities. You have many restaurants, stores, and activities right within a couple of miles. In many cases, you don't even have to leave the resort!
