Art Filled Apartment in the Heart of Riga

Discover a blend of modern comfort and central convenience in our beloved one-bedroom apartment, ideally located in the heart of one of Riga's most charming neighbourhoods. Situated on the third floor of a notable 1930s Modernist building, this 59 sq.m apartment is my favorite residence, offering a light-filled, serene, and bright atmosphere.

It has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve original features such as the huge restored windows and the original parquet flooring, and is adorned with artworks by my favorite Latvian contemporary artists, some vintage finds, and special items from my travels. It’s ideal for solo adventurers, couples, and young families with a baby, offering both space and style in a personal setting.

Bedroom:
Unwind in the spacious bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed (180x200 cm) and ample storage with a built-in wardrobe.

Living Room:
The welcoming living room includes a cozy sitting area equipped with a high-definition flat-screen TV, satellite channels, and Netflix.

Kitchen:
Fully-equipped and ready for your cooking needs, the kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, fridge & freezer, Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and an all-in-one washer & dryer. It's fully stocked with all essential dishware and cooking utensils. The kitchen is my personal haven within the apartment. It’s a lovely space for working at the dining table or enjoying the view of city life through the large window.

Bathroom:
Equipped with a bath, toilet, bidetta hand shower, electric towel rack, and hair-dryer. Towels and essential items such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided for your convenience.

Additional Details:
- Enjoy good WI-FI coverage throughout the apartment.
- A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
- The apartment features an open-plan layout with no door between the living room and bedroom.
- Conveniently, a small grocery store is located on the ground level of the building.

Important Note:
- The building has recently undergone significant renovation, with some final touches still being completed. While the work is not noisy, it may involve some dust and the presence of professionals in the area.
- The elevator, an older model, is not very pretty but functions well and is scheduled for a future upgrade.
- The balconies are undergoing renovation; thus, the balcony door has been transformed into a secure, large window area. The balcony door should remain closed at all times, but the windows on both sides of the door can be opened normally. No renovation work on the balconies will take place in the summer of 2024. The balconies are scheduled for renovation in the next phase of the building's overall improvement efforts. We're grateful for your understanding and patience as we make these improvements!
