Welcome to the cottage of La Presle

Aurélie and Bruno will be happy to welcome you to the cottage of the Presle in their environmentally friendly farm where you will enjoy a quiet and green.
Located in the heart of the Pays de Bray in the Normandy countryside, this place will be ideal for you to rest there. This place will also be suitable for lovers of walks whether on foot or by bike through its green avenue Paris-London at the entrance of the property.
Housing

This haven of peace is located 50 km from Dieppe (seaside resort) and 2.5 km from Forges-Les-Eaux, a small spa where there is a balneotherapy center, a casino, a lake and woods. Epinay offering a place to ride. You will be able to find all the conveniences of the daily life: small shops ((bakery, butcher, bar tobacco), big surface (hyper u), doctor of proximity, pharmacy, restaurant and swimming pool.
You can stroll on its small market on Thursday and Sunday when local producers gather.

On the ground floor you will find a kitchen equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and Tassimo.
A pellet stove will be able to warm you during cool evenings (pellet bag in addition).
The dining room consists of a table and 6 chairs.
Upstairs: a mezzanine lounge with flat screen TV, a bedroom with a bed of 2 people (160 by 200), a second room with 2 bed of 90 by 190 and a bed of 140 by 190, a bathroom bath, a shower room and a separate toilet.
All our beds are equipped with duvets.
Electric heating.
In the corridor is a dressing room with iron and ironing board.
Possible loan of a bed and a baby chair.
You can also enjoy an outdoor area with garden table, parasol and barbecue available.
