Welcome to Old Town Scottsdale! Our home blocks from fabulous shopping, night life, art galleries, spring training baseball, golfing, hiking, fantastic dining, and casinos too. This spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath is a perfect setup for your stay in AZ! We offer a great setup with five nice bedrooms. *All NEW bedding, sheets, blankets. NEW Hot tub control panel, NEW Hot tub pump motor, NEW Hot tub cover. The split Primary bedroom is large and has a king size bed and flat screen TV. There is another large bedroom with queen size and Twin XL bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have two Twin XL beds. Bedroom #5 has one Double sized bed and a Twin XL bed. Total of 9 beds for sleeping. The living room area is large with a huge leather couch, and new flat screen TV. Don't forget about the pool table, Nice BBQ, and pool! **THE POOL CANNOT BE HEATED at this house. Perfect stay for golf trip!

Our group of 8 really enjoyed this house - it was perfect for everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything Scottsdale. We enjoyed the outdoor space the most and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of golfing!

We loved the house. Centrally located to everything. Check in was a breeze. The house was bigger than it looked from the outside, with a nice backyard, and front patio. Pool was so inviting. We didn’t use the hot tub. All the bedrooms were good sized, and the beds were so comfortable! Six women were able to make do with two bathrooms. We didn’t cook anything. But the kitchen was fully stocked if we had wanted to. We had to contact Rob a couple times, but he was very quick about getting back to us. Overall, our girl’s getaway was fantastic!

Great Stay in Scottsdale

We were in town playing golf and Spring Training Baseball. The accommodations were as advertised. Kitchenware for cooking was a little lacking but all-in-all it was perfect for our stay.

Property was as listed. Owners were responsive to hot tub issue and it was repaired the day of our arrival. Plenty of towels for showering and for the hot tub/pool. Great location to hiking, shopping, and restaurants.

Perfect spot for a weekend trip to Scottsdale

The description and pictures of the house are totally accurate and perfect. The house is located in an ideal position. If you want to go into Scottsdale or if you are there for a golf trip, which is what we used it for. There are plenty of bedrooms, the place is clean, and it is easy to get in and out of the house. we have been to Scottsdale a few times and rented a few different places, and this house was probably the best experience that we had. I would not change a thing.

House was in a nice location, with a good layout for large family. Property could use a little TLC. The pool table especially. Paint is peeling in places, and the fridge door was really messed up and wouldn't close properly. Other than those small items, we really enjoyed the property. We would definitely recommend for those people with larger families

Great spot for a trip!

We had a great time at this house. It was the perfect setup for 7 of us and everything that was listed in the property details was included. The pool and hot tub were clean and the house was well stocked in terms of linens, towels, and kitchen items. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in Scottsdale to strongly consider this house.

We rented this property for a month in January. Check-in was a breeze, and the host, Rob, was quick to respond when contacted. The property is located super close to the local bike paths, which is one of the reasons we chose it. It is as represented, with a great layout for guests and a wonderful yard. We liked it so much that we are renting it again next year!

Two families came for Thanksgiving week - plenty of space, great location. Super close to supermarket, liquor store, coffee and an easy drive to Old Town. Very convenient and great to have a hot tub. And outdoor space. Property manager Rob super responsive. Would come again!

Rob was amazing and it included baby items

The entire process was wonderful and Rob was extremely communicative throughout. He was kind enough to provide a pack n play, bumbo seat, bouncer seat, and infant activity chair. He went out to the store to ensure we had the items required to enjoy a family friendly stay! Definitely suitable for families! We would absolutely recommend this home.

Great vacation

The house was perfect for our needs. Communication with Rob was smooth and the host was flexible and accommodating. We spent a lot of time in the pool!! The neighborhood was quiet and close to local attractions by Uber/lyft. The only improvement would be the outdoor furniture needs a little updating, the plastic on the bar chairs were torn and the lounge chairs had flattened cushions.

Great for Families

We had a large family get together, plenty of rooms for everyone, swimming pool to jump into, a tub to warm up, and a pool table to play with the teenagers. Everything worked like a charm. Plus close to Old Town Scottsdale and many hiking trails, a plus.

This property is located in a fantastic location!!! You can walk to Chaparral park with the kids, bike to Old Town Scottsdale for dinner, drinks, and nightlife. Scottsdale Fashion Square shopping is one mile away. Spring training baseball for the SFO Giants is 1.5 miles away. Salt River fields spring training is very close too. Golf courses, casinos are all mere minutes away!! Great view of Camelback mountain from the back yard and hiking is only minutes away. Location, Location and of course - Location!
