Crafted as a single level, three bedroom, three bath villa, it features golf course and partial ocean view and living/dining room that opens onto an expansive terrace with outdoor dining and your own plunge pool. Guests are just a 5 minute walk to the Residents’ Beach Club, which is only accessible by members and guests of Punta Mita. Las Palmas 5 is in-between Four Seasons Resort and the St. Regis, two of the finest spots to enjoy lunch or dinner.
Please note there is a 3% Vallarta rentals service fee that will be sent as an additional payment request through VRBO and payable on booking.
Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge + 4 Seat Golf cart!
