Serenata 6 is located in a luxurious development inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita resort that includes 6 luxury villas on the 7th fairway of a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course with views of Banderas Bay. The villas are freestanding on large individual lots, each villa has luxury interior appointments, its own heated pool with beautiful golf course views throughout. This 4 bedroom villa provides ample space, luxury and the serenity that one is looking for during a well-deserved vacation. Take advantage of the terrific year round beach weather with true indoor/outdoor living as the walls of the spacious living area disappear and reveal the private pool.

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes Premier Membership Golf, 6 seat golf cart and your personal concierge! Additional Golf carts can be hired at additional cost if required.

Please note there is a 3% Service Fee that will be sent as an additional payment request through VRBO and payable on booking.

Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha. (fees may apply)

House was beautiful - everything seemed brand new and it was impeccably clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Location was perfect - close to town and easy golf cart ride to all the beach clubs. Fernanda with Vallarta Rentals was also great - took care of everything and was very quick and responsive. At the house, Leo was also great - prepared breakfast, salsa and guac and made great margaritas! Also did laundry, etc. Made the stay wonderful. Highly recommend.

We stayed here last year and loved it. It's still a wonderful place. We adore Lea who was amazing, even making a gorgeous cake for our grandson's birthday. Pedro was extremely helpful. We look forward to strain my here again.

The home was beautiful. The concierge was great as was Leah, the cook/cleaning person. The only real problem was the construction noise just across the golf course and there was no view.
