Enjoy everything Ocean City, NJ has to offer while relaxing in this recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has been completely redone in shades of blue, white, and tan, with a king bed, two nightstands, and a high dresser. The breeze from three large windows can gently cool the room, or use the air conditioner or ceiling fan to control the temperature. The second bedroom has gray walls with golden yellow and white accents. Two twin beds and a dresser are the main furnishings, and this room is also cooled by two large windows, an air conditioner, and ceiling fan. A spacious living room with a comfortable seating area is home to the 42" flat screen TV. The fully equipped, modern kitchen with new granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances makes cooking a pleasure rather than a task, although a selection of take-out menus is conveniently handy. Off the kitchen, the sunroom offers additional living space with plenty of natural light. Start your day here with a cup of tea or coffee. Later in the day, use the room to set up a card table for games or puzzles if you need a break from the boardwalk and want to spend a quiet evening at home. A washer and dryer are in the large closet behind the sliding doors. A pleasing overall nautical décor creates the perfect foundation for your beach and bay vacation. Park your car and walk or bike to your favorite destinations.

For your convenience, we have included in your rental four beach tags, two beach chairs, and a beach cart to carry your belongings. An outdoor shower provides a perfect ending to your beach and bay experience. Just bring a towel and some sunscreen and you're good to go!

Great place!

The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed and the location was excellent! The owner was great and check in was easy! We had a wonderful trip! Great hosts. It was our first time visiting ocean city. The apartment was perfect, I visited with my husband and 20 month old. It was safe enough for him. Short walk to the board walk and plenty to do!

Perfect location, great space

This apartment is so close to everything but far enough away that parking and noise aren’t an issue. The space is much bigger than I expected and was perfect for my family of four. Easy check-in and checkout process. Highly recommend!

Delightful location, quiet clean apartment

This was just delightful!. A lovely location, above a bookstore and below NO ONE!! Very clean, super easy check in, walk to everything including the beach and boardwalk; we loved it. Near restaurants, lots of interesting stuff in the unit to do-(games, toys, enough supplies to keep up going ) Really really loved it and would stay again in a minute!!

Summer vacation

We had a great week at your place! it was a great location- just a few short blocks to walk to beach and Boardwalk. Loved the little extra touches of use of beach cart, toilet paper and paper towels to use when we arrived, and the bucket of Johnsons caramel popcorn. Very clean and nice accommodations- love the updated kitchen and layout. Would rent this again!

Debra is a wonderful host. Communication was great. The property was very clean and came with everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Perfect stay in Ocean City for our family of three

The apartment was clean and spacious in a perfect location in Ocean City. It was just the right size for our family of three and would be fine for a family of four as well. The hosts are excellent - communication was easy and well done beginning with before the stay and then throughout the duration of the stay. As for the location, we loved the easy walk to the boardwalk and beach, and we loved being so close to the Asbury Ave shopping district. Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful vacation in Ocean City! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect OCNJ Rental

My Wife and I spent the week at "Between the Beach and the Bay" with our 2 small children and had an amazing time! The apartment was clean and modern with new furniture, beds and appliances. The pictures do not do justice to the size and spaciousness of the apartment! The location was perfect- just a few blocks off the beach and central to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. We hope to return next summer!

Great little getaway!

Had a great, easy stay at this property. Perfect for a small family (2 adults, 2 young children) and another adult family member. Place actually feels larger than the photos, as it has high ceilings. Kids toys/books in the large dining/play room were a nice surprise. Easy communication with the owner. Parking wasn't an issue for us (mid-June stay) as we always found a spot within 2-3 blocks on 11th st. Note this is a second story apt for those that stairs might be an issue for. Location is great, right in the heart of shopping/food and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

A blessing!

I was looking for a place to spend a long weekend as I was unable to take a full week of vacation this year. Deb was so accommodating to our schedule and such a blessing to my daughter and I! This is a beautiful, very clean, and comfortable property. There were many personal touches that made us feel at home instantly. It was close to the boardwalk and there was ample free parking around the corner. We would love to make this an annual trip. It was the perfect way to start the summer!

Perfect for families

This property seemed built for our little family! Having a separate space for my kids to play off the kitchen (I guess it’s the dining room) but it was the perfect playroom. The kids (4 and 7) walking in and dropped their toy backpacks right in there to claim the space. We walked multiple times a day to the beach and boardwalk and it was a nice walk. The owners provided a beach cart that was a life changer for us! We had a wagon that was not ready for the sand so being able to use the cart was perfect. We will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future. Thanks Deb!

Great location and neighborhood, clean, bright, newly renovated apartment!

The Beach and Bay apartment is a newly renovated, clean and bright oasis for your visit to Ocean City NJ. The neighborhood is wonderful. Once parked legally, you won't need your car again. Walking distance to everything you need is right out the door. Be aware that there is some street noise and window a.c. units if you're not used to them. These would not stop me from rebooking with Woody and Deborah again. They were always available for any questions or concerns. And Woody was usually working their popular book shop downstairs. I wish we could have stayed another week! Wonderful time!

My husband and I have owned this property for almost 50 years, and after raising our two children here, continue to live and work in Ocean City. Woody manages The Bookateria Two, which is our bookstore located on the first floor of the building. With over 25,000 titles, both new and used, you will certainly be able to find a perfect book for the beach. I am a retired 4th grade teacher from the local intermediate school, and enjoy having summers to spend time with friends and family at our favorite resort town.
