Elegant villa 2 km from the sea on two levels plus annex, a / c, free wifi, sea view, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
Main house: 3 double bedrooms, one single (with second bed), 3 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and dining area, equipped kitchen and laundry.
Dependance: second kitchen, large living room fireplace and dining area with sofa bed and bathroom with shower.
Huge and well-kept garden, lawn, pine forest, parking space and garage, patio, veranda, terrace, outdoor showers.

The accommodation

The main entrance of the main house is on a large and bright open space that serves as a living room and dining room furnished with sofas, armchairs and tables, TV and fireplace, a dining table for 8 people and various sideboards. The eat-in kitchen, with direct access to the patio, is equipped with an oven, toaster, fridge with freezer etc. and also has a small adjacent laundry with washing machine. There are 3 double bedrooms in the sleeping area located on the ground floor: 2 doubles and 1 with two beds, plus 1 bathroom with tub / shower and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a private terrace overlooking the pine forest, the surrounding countryside and the sea and also an outdoor shower. The annex is only a few meters away from the main house. The main entrance is on a large and bright open space living and dining room with sofas, armchairs and tables, TV and fireplace, a dining table with chairs for 8 people and sideboards. The separate kitchen is equipped with 5-burner stove, oven, toaster, fridge with freezeretc and access to a laudry with washing machine. There are 3 double bedrooms in the sleeping area located on the ground floor: 2 doubles and 1 with two beds, plus 1 bathroom with tube / shower bat and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor a comfortable double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a private terrace and overlooks the surrounding countryside pinewood and the sea plus outdoor shower. The annex, just a few meters from the main house, consists of a large living room with TV, fireplace and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a wood-burning oven, etc.

Disaster

The host never answered my messages and when we arrived we could not access the house. We ended up stranded and had to book a hotel. Don’t book this house!!!

Wonderful, welcoming and relaxing stay with plenty of places to visit.

The villa was stunning, the grounds and pool amazing. A great base from which to venture out from and see some of the great sights that Sicily has to offer. Many thanks to Paulo and family for making us all feel so welcome.
