The large swimming pool (13.5 m x 6.5 m with a depth between 0.8 and 2 metres) sits to the far side of the garden. There is a diving board at one end as well as a set of steps at the other. Two outdoor showers provide the opportunity to cool off without immersing yourself in the pool. Plenty of sun beds are provided along with comfortable armchairs. An adjacent terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table. There is also a table tennis table for everyone to enjoy. A built in brick BBQ completes the perfect relaxation area. There is ample parking for 2-3 cars.

In the main part of this villa rental in Sicily, there is a large open plan living and dining area. Here you will find a cream corner sofa and sleek white dining table with matching chairs. A fully equipped kitchen sits at the far end in a separate room with traditional white units.

There are also two double bedrooms in the main house of this villa rental in Sicily. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The other bedroom is in the separate annex where there is also a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own air conditioning system.

Pets are welcome on request. Please note that energy consumption is included up to 300 kWh per week. Any additional usage will be charged at 0.40 euros per extra kWh. We may be able to offer discounts for groups of 4 guests or less. Please ask for more details.
