We have designed this wonderful suite with your comfort and convenience in mind.

The building has been recently renovated with high-quality materials and furnished with elegant designer furniture. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a dreamy stay. You can enjoy a 43' TV with international channels, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, and a bar cabinet equipped with a Nespresso machine and a welcome kit that includes coffee, milk, and cookies. Additionally, you will find a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator for your convenience.The main bedroom features a spacious and comfortable bed, adorned with a light duvet for a pleasant rest. All bed linen is 100% cotton, ensuring maximum comfort. L'appartamento è esattamente come in foto, facile da raggiungere e vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni principali. Frigorifero con bottigliette d'acqua, macchinetta del caffè con capsule Borbone, addirittura lavastoviglie. Il primo impatto è davvero wow. Stanze pulite e letti comodi. Il self check in è comodissimo come il fatto di non avere chiavi da portare in giro. L'appartamento era disponibile anche prima dell'orario standard.

L'emplacement pour naviguer dans le centre ville mais qui est aussi un inconvénient à cause du passage Problème de nuisances sonores tard dans la nuit, défaut d'isolation phonique.

Lovely apartment, great location

The communication prior to our visit was excellent Marta was very helpful and timely in her communication. We arrived out of normal checkin times, again the instructions on how to get in were clear making this process very easy and Juan came to complete check-in at time stipulated. The location of the apartment couldn’t have been better, within walking distance to everything and some lovely bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean and had all amenities we required for our stay. I would definitely recommend hommyhome and this apartment.

Excelente apartamento en pleno centro de Sevilla

El gran tamaño y comodidad de la habitación, la ubicación en pleno centro pero sin ser ruidoso (por el buen aislamiento acústico y por el hecho de que la calle Puente y Pellón es tranquila por la noche) y, muy importante, el trato y la atención por parte de Marta de cara a gestionar y resolver cualquier detalle. Un pequeño punto a mejorar: el casi imposible ducharse sin encharcar el baño (por las características de la ducha), lo cual hace necesario fregarlo cada vez.

El apartamento está muy nuevo, muy bien ubicado, y muy acogedor. Por poner un pero que se oye mucho ruido de madrugada cuando la gente viene de fiesta y pasan por la calle, pero es lo que tiene estar en un lugar tan concurrido. Un radiador o calefactor en el cuarto de baño que hace fresquito
