Lovely pool, spacious villa, fabulous views from the roof terrace, old spanish style Upgrade the beds, bathrooms need to be refurbished, it would be lovely to have furniture up on the roof terrace to enjoy the views and evening sun.

Lovely villa

Close to beach and town and a mini shop but quiet and peaceful. Villa very clean and to a high build and furnishing spec. Pool very clean and outside and insider very spacious. Very easy process to get to villa access, leave etc. We were delighted with the service from the agent Juan Carlos who was always on hand if needed, an excellent communicator from booking to leaving the villa. Thank you for a fab holiday. Just a few small suggestions based on other places we have stayed, a teapot and more coat hangers would be useful plus a CD player and possibly a book swap shelf. Definitely not have the owner using the basement when guests are there. Given the very hot weather it would help to have air con in every bedroom.

Could be much better

A good central location. Here is the feedback from our stay at Villa Laura. As luxury rental property owners, we want to provide you some feedback to better improve the overall experience of your guests. The check-in process was easy. Laura met us and made us feel welcome. The villa was well presented and clean. Missing items, Oven mitts Dish cloths No cleaning materials Not disclosed. Having Laura, her boyfriend living and or staying/using the garage under the villa was not disclosed, which it should of been. We had a squeaky garage door opening and closing early in the mornings and in the evenings. Reccomendations. All beds and pillows should have protective covers on them. Linens Sheets should be better fitting as some of them seemed to be the wrong size or did not fit properly. TV A German satalite service with very few English channels, which is not useful for English speaking guests. Hot water Limited hot water in the evenings. Master bedroom There looks to mold growing on the ceiling, this is a serious issue and should be addressed ASAP. Note, this did affect our sleep and is caused by poor ventilation which should have been mentioned when checking in. MISC - Missing villa guide book and information on the area. This is ideal for any guest who is unfamiliar with the area and is great for the villa tv, wifi, lights and how things work generally. If you want to discuss any of the feedback we have provided, ease feel free to contract us.

Podrían mejorar algunas cosas

La ubicación de la casa cerca de la playa y accesible desde la carretera. La piscina también está muy bien, los niños han disfrutado mucho en ella Las camas dobles se deberían renovar ya que son muy incómodas. Las tumbonas de la piscina están muy hundidas y te clavas todo al tumbarte. El sofá también está bastante viejo. La mesa del patio es pequeña para ocho personas y ni siquiera tiene ocho sillas de terraza. Esos cambios harían la estancia muchisimo más agradable
