Spend quality time with your friends and family in a superb house in the Hamptons. Perfect for a small or large family or for a group of friends. The house can host up to ten guests (must follow East Hampton village regulations).

Superbly maintained and comfortable contemporary shingled villa with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms on 1.5-acre lot. Located on a coveted early Northwest Woods neighborhood of East Hampton, bordered by reserve and within close proximity to all East Hampton, Sag Harbor and several beaches. The first floor includes spacious living room with fireplace and baby grand piano, dining area, eat-in modern kitchen, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor, each with their en-suite full bathroom. Bonus bedroom downstairs, with a queen-size bed, sun-drenched with views on the terrace.

Heated pool (40x20 ft.), deck and screened-in porch as well as a detached two-car garage. Pool can be gated at renter's request. Six bicycles are available. The house is located in a dead-end street, therefore very quiet and safe for children.

No ticks! The property is surrounded by deer fence, which keep the deer away, so minimal risk of tick bites. This optimally protects guests against Lyme disease.

Have kids? Great! The house is children-friendly, equipped with a pack-and-play, plenty of toys and books. The pool is fully fenced in for renters. Kids will LOVE the enormous playroom basement! Kids bikes can be used with their parents' prior approval,,,

Brand new basement. Not your typical basement! With lots of light. Relax (or send down your kids while YOU relax upstairs) in our brand new 1000 sq. ft. basement with wide flat TV media room, ping pong table, a second full fridge and a wine cellar. Also down in the basement: a closed extra bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closed office space area.

The place was great lots of room for our extended family of ten ! Rooms were well appointed !

The rain put a damper on being outside but the backyard was fantastic! Lots of room to have space to relax before the wedding and after ! We appreciated George checking in on us! We look forward to renting in future!

Lovely house and hosts

We (family of 3, plus weekend guests of a family of 4) stayed for a week in David and Georges' lovely home. The house is kid-friendly, bright, spacious, and pleasant. Georges and David were lovely hosts and easy to reach. We would definitely come back. The only thing I'd note is that the downstairs den (4th bedroom) is less perfect as a bedroom given the french doors opening onto the kitchen area. It worked for us but might not for all. The other 3 bedrooms are all large and quiet.

As we are avid cooks, a priority was to ensure that our kitchen was equipped with the best appliances, cooking gears, pots and pans, and always set up to entertain many friends and their families.

After visiting 60 properties, we fell in love with this one because of its brightness, the large rooms, the quietness of a dead-end street, the far distance from noisy roads and from neighbors.

What makes this property unique

Tastefully decorated, upscale comfortable furniture, well maintained outdoor space and garden, gas barbecue for outdoor entertainment. Top notch Bose electronic system for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Baby Grand Piano, just tuned. The property is maintained by an efficient local management team. We are not far (90 minutes away), always reachable to address important/urgent matters.
