Apartment of 100 meters of recent construction with large living room-kitchen with fireplace and exposed beams; two bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub / shower; beautiful lake view from all the rooms; there is a balcony and a large space outside where there is a table and chairs. Lake at 50 meters. Beach about 300 meters away where there is also a playground. To reach it there are stairs. keys available in the padlock with a code that will be sent by email before arrival.
