Melissa Luxury Villa

Our luxurious elegant villa with private swimming pool is situated at the quiet and peaceful area of Ferma, Ierapetra less than a minute walk to the beach of “Skala”.

This unique location gives the opportunity to our guests to explore the island, enjoy several kind of activities nearby in combination with the comfort and privacy that our villa provides.

Our aim was to build a discreetly luxurious and elegant villa with private swimming pool and BBQ facilities just next to the beautiful beach.

The villa is furnished with elegant style and it is also designed to take advantage of the natural light coming from outside, creating a delightful atmosphere for the whole house.

It is literally a hidden gem around the beauty and tranquillity of a uniquely green landscape of Crete, only within a short driving distance from Ierapetra and the closest sandy beaches.

A private parking area is also available.

Erg mooie en leuke lokatie en de villa is ook zeer mooi.Ontvangst verliep goed en hebben er een zeer fijne tijd gehad, zeker een aanrader.‘s avonds erg rustig wat fijn is en diverse leuke dorpjes in de omgeving. Gastvrouw Katerina ook erg aardig en goed bereikbaar.

Sehr schönes Haus in Traumlage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht, das Haus ist sehr neuwertig ausgestattet und hat für uns optimal viel Platz geboten. Der Blick aufs Meer und die 50 Meter zum Strand sind einfach toll gewesen. Der Strand war sehr dünn besucht (Mitte Juni), so dass das Baden sehr angenehm war.Ebenso war der Empfang sehr gastfreundlich, aufmerksam und darauf bedacht, dass nichts fehlte. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Great vilka

Perfect vacation with only some minor improvement areas... Main recommendation is to install shower head holders and lights in the showers. These showers do not fit the overall top quality of the villa.

Wonderful five days

The villa is just a three minute walk from the beach. It was spotlessly clean and the service was just great. There was some food for the first evening, fresh grapes and pomegranates. After three days there was a cleaning service and we found some delicious cakes and a bottle of wine in the fridge after our return from a day trip. What we missed was a good pan in the kitchen. But that’s the only thing to criticise.

Exceeds all Expectations!

All our expectations were exceeded on arrival at Villa Melissa. The on-site hostess, Elina, is delightful. She cares about the quality of her home (Villa Melissa) and your comfort during your stay. Villa Melissa has a fabulous water view especially from the outdoor pool area where you will spend much of your time. There is plenty of poolside furniture for outdoor lounging as well as eating and night-time star gazing. The interior of the home is similarly comfortable with all the pleasures of home—plenty of hot water for showers, plush towels, a sparkling clean kitchen, and relaxing contemporary furniture. Vasilis is terrific at handling reservation arrangements and questions, he is very responsive. Thank you both—Elina for sharing your home with us and Vasilis for ensuring that all our questions were answered in advance and during our stay.

L’emplacement est parfait pour qui veut passer un séjour loin de l’agitation des grands hôtels ! La maison est juste sur la plage, qui plus est très belle, bien que ce ne soit pas du sable. Il y a nombre de restaurants typiques (tavernas) aux alentours et les prix sont plus que raisonnables… Les propriétaires sont charmants et facile à contacter, le ménage est fait 2 fois par semaine avec changement des serviettes de toilette et de plage. C’est vraiment une maison a conseiller ! Seul bémol, elle est accolée à une autre quasi identiques et il ne faudrait pas tomber sur une semaine ou les voisins font la fête tous les soirs…
