On a plot of 2,300 m2 Villa Panorama with a total of 180m2 is build on a level with a 4x7m swimming pool. A great choice for families looking for tranquility but also for a large group of friends looking for a house with a poll and want to discover the beautiful beaches of the Libyan side.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 WCs (one with bathtub and shower and the other 2 with shower), dining room, office space, kitchen, laundry and ironing facilities. Also, it has television and free internet with wifi.

Spacious villa with spectacular view over the Libyan sea

The villa is located on the hill not far from the village (Makrigialos) though nicely secluded and with complete privacy. The view is spectacular! The setup of the pool was much appreciated, especially by the teenagers. Illias helped us wherever possible and was very flexible with our check out time.

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables dans la villa. Au calme, mais à proximité de la petite ville.la vue est a couper le souffle et la piscine magnifique..nous avons profité de la terrasse dj matin au spir.la maison est plus spacieuse que sur les photos.les chambre sont confortables et les salles de bain en suite, un réel plus!que du positif !à rajouter..le tout d'une propreté extrème!

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus entspricht in allen Teilen der Beschreibung und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und hell und mit ausreichend Stauraum ausgestattet. In allen Räumen gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die große Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Von der überdachten, windgeschützten Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Lage des Hauses bietet den idealen Ausgangspunkt, um den Osten und Nordosten der Insel zu erkunden. Die Übergabe erfolgte unkompliziert und ausführlich durch den sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, der uns auch mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt hat. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlich bei Ilias für den großartigen Urlaub in seinem wunderschönen Haus bedanken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie viele schöne Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Das Haus bietet durch seine Lage 100%ige Privatsphäre. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Une maison agréable

Maison jouissant d'une belle vue et d'une bonne piscine qui ne conviendra pas à ceux qui ne savent pas nager. Attention, les climatisations sont assez bruyantes, les baies vitrées de la chambre principale ne sont pas totalement occultables et l'équipement en cuisine est assez limité. Mais elle est bien située et c'est très calme.

I wouldn't want them to come again because they are very strange and rude. When they came I told them to inform me of what they needed. They preferred to report that they didn't like it instead of telling me. After all, they are filthy, they left me sheets with period blood and a basket full of papers from period blood that smelled incredible.

Que demander de mieux qu une belle vue sur la mer , le bruit des cigales , la piscine rafraichissante. LE véhicule est indispensable pour de belles balades dans l est de la crête. la maison est conforme à la description , bien équipée, on sent que le propriétaire souhaite le confort de ses locataires.

Belle propriété avec une belle vue sur la mer

Villa située au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer. Bien équipée et piscine agréable (non chauffée mais le propriétaire avait mis de l'eau chaude). Petits commerces à proximité et grandes surfaces à Ierapetra. Proches de belles plages. Possibilités de randonnées (dont des gorges à côté) Les touristes sont nettement moins nombreux qu'au nord de l'île et moins d'hôtels. Si je devais revenir, je chercherais à avoir cette villa sans hésiter !

Super Location um ausruhen und entspannen

Die Villa an sich ist sehr schön, liegt an ruhigem Ort, hat totaler Privatsphäre, hat sehr schöner Aussicht und mann ist im wenigen Minuten (mit dem Auto) an sehr schöne Strände. Andersrum es liegt ausserhalb Ortschaft und daher nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch den Weg vom Flughafen dort hin ist ziemlich lang (z.B. von Heraklion ~2 Stunden) und wiederum eher am besten mit eigenem Auto erreichbar vor allem wenn man Kinder dabei hat. Die meiste historische Ziele liegen auch ziemlich weit (eben > 2 Stunden). Das Alles heißt, wenn man vor hat die Sonne, Pool und Meer zu geniessen und kein Interesse an historische Ziele oder genug Zeit hat um ein oder 2 Tage zu opfern diese historische Ziele zu besuchen und wieder heimkehren dann liegt hier gar nicht falsch. Einen Mietauto ist aber ein muss! Die historische Ziele der Insel sind zwar schön aber wenn man es einmal besucht hat, dann reicht es doch, bzw. wenn man viele solche anders wo gesehen hat, kann man es einfach hier ignorieren. Wir haben unserer Zeit hier sehr genossen und es gar nicht bereut dieses Location genommen zu haben.

Vue à couper le souffle !

Très belle maison moderne, idéalement placée à quelques minutes en voiture des plages et de Makry Gialos. Belle piscine à l'abri des regards, entourée d'un terrain arboré. Villa très bien agencée, terrasse abritée du vent qui souffle assez fort sur la Crète.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location qui était conforme à l annonce. Location très calme. Très bonne communication avec Ilias le propriétaire. Piscine entretenue tout les 2 jours. Il y a tous les commerces disponibles dans le village de makrigialos. Je recommande cette location si vous voulez visiter l est de la crête.

Entspannung pur

Das Haus liegt ruhig, oberhalb des Orts Makrigialos an der wenig befahrenen Straße nach Agios Stefanos. Von der windgeschützten Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Südküste Kretas. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut, sauber und gepflegt. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter und sein Vater sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Badefreunde können in 10 Min mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren. Wanderfreunde können z.B. direkt vom Haus aus in die Pefkischlucht wandern. Tavernen und kleine Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in ausreichender Zahl im Ort vorhanden. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung.

Wonderful time

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa The villa is perfect, very clean and fully furnished. The view is magical. Ilias is a lovely host always available. Rayonnement dans l'est de la Crête

Maison idéalement située pour visiter la partie Est. Elle est à 5mns en voiture du village de Makri gialos où on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. Le propriétaire est très réactif et a répondu à tous nos besoins. La vue est magnifique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour. La piscine est très agréable (attention, sans doute pas pour de jeunes enfants sans surveillance...mais nous étions 5 adultes). La maison est suffisamment équipée pour y vivre "comme chez soi". Nous conseillons cette maison et espérons y revenir !

Die Villa ist über Makry Gialos gelegen mit super Ausblick. Viel Umschwung und einem Swimmingpool. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
