In small village, to rent recent villa (2014) of even foot with swimming pool, on 600 m2 of ground, 3 rooms.
Festive village during the summer. A 5 mins walk from the village center (many shops), market 2 times / week.
17 kms from the beaches. Nearness A75 and A9, halfway between the beaches and Pézenas.

A reservation of 15 days will see its price lowered by 100 €.

Beautiful property, lovely location

Property was wonderful, everything you could need for an amazing holiday! The pool was fabulous and the location perfect. The communication with Benoit was first class, all questions answered. Minor improvements- more clothing hanging space and a standard bed in second bedroom instead of futon would have been more comfortable but overall a fantastic family holiday in a beautiful location!!!

Séjour Montblanc

Benoît a été un hôte chaleureux et très à l'écoute. La maison est située au calme, spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Mention spéciale pour le jardin et la piscine autour de laquelle ma famille et moi-même avons passé des soirées fort agréables. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Schöne Villa in ruhigem Quartier

Bei der Ankunft im Haus war die Sauberkeit für französische Verhältnisse einigermassen gut. Während dem Urlaub und für die Endreinigung war leider kein funktionsfähiger Staubsauger vorhanden! Für Bett- und Frottierwäsche bezahlten wir 80Euro extra was wir vorgängig nicht wussten. Von Fewo sind wir gewohnt das dies beim Preis inbegriffen ist oder es bei der Preiszusammenstellung erwähnt wird. Die Endreinigung kostet ebenfalls extra 200 Euro was bei der Buchung auch nicht ersichtlich war. Wir reinigten das Haus und verliessen es so wie wir es angetroffen haben. Uns wurde während den Ferien mitgeteilt das wir trotz der 80 Euro auch die Bettwäsche und Frottiertücher bei der Endreinigung selber waschen müssen. Was wir auch gemacht haben trotz nicht vorhandenem Waschmittel. Ansonsten ist es eine tolle Villa, alles vorhanden was man braucht ausser das Trampolin das es eigentlich auch haben sollte, unsere Tochter war etwas enttäuscht. Dafür gab es einen sehr guten Pingpongtisch! Wir genossen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
