Ideal apartment for large families, with large terrace, garden and 20 meters from the beach. Spacious and well lit. 

Quiet neighborhood with all services nearby (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, cinema ...) and only 15 minutes from the center on foot giving a nice walk along the promenade.
It is not necessary to take the car to get around the historic center and downtown Sanlucar. In the area there are quite a few free parking spaces.

Our accommodation is a family apartment where we usually spend seasons throughout the year. We are a large family, hence the number of beds available. Great apartment where space although there are 8 guests is more than assured.

The apartment has two terraces; one of them overlooks the community garden and the other, about 30 square meters, faces the street.

It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, a cot and a full bathroom, another with two large beds and the other with 2 bunk beds with two beds each.

Apart from the apartment, the community garden that owns the residence is at your disposal. Ideal for families with children.

20 meters from the garden is the promenade and probably the best area of Sanlúcar beach.

We rent the apartment throughout the year, minimum 2 nights from January to June.
In July and August we rent for full weeks, fortnights or whole month.
